Hello. Thank you for your comments,well this guy had hair replacement system 4 years and later on he decided for surgical hair transplantion.I do agree guy already had hair but these hair were fine,miniaturised and i implated grafts in the thinning area as well.In future when this guy will come to my clinic, try to take his close views from differnt angles.

Hello Bill, Thank you for your comments and here are answers of your qestions. 1-I will try to post all pictures that I have of this guy. 2-Here is breakdown 2000 grafts= single hair 2000 grafts= 2 hair 500 grafts= 3 hair Total=7500 hair 3-Surgical method was used FUT Here are some additional answers of your questions. A.Yes i do ultra refined follicular unit grafting B.Yes i am using Mentis and other companies microscopes to cut the grafts. C.I am using single blade to cut the strip D.Now a days i am using Sharpoint 15 and 22.5,however i used SP 89 and 90 for this guy four years earlier. E.My clinic is located in Lahore Pakistan
