I agree with u there, I would not want someone with no medical background touching my head and operating, but that is my personal choice, I would want someone skilled in the medical field and in HT field to do my operation.
I still say I'd rarther have some hair then none! that's my personal choice, I do not like a bald head, it would not suit my lifestyle or job! I feel as long as there is hair at the front and your front appearence looks good, i dont mind having bald back.
I can say that I had 2475 grafts done by Dr Humayun and the team took turns every hour or so to plant the hair as it was tiring work i guess as i got tires just sitting there!! it did work well and like clock work, Dr Humayun kept visiting and saying Hi and checking up on everything and the HT took exactly 5 1/2 hours start to finish.
if you ask me , i am over the moon that i have some hair on my head then none, once you know what u look like with no hair, then have HT done and see your whole personality change, then thats the time you will realise how happy u r!!
Dr Humayun, If you give Javvy an invitation letter stating that he is visiting you for medical reasons, the visa should not be a problem as long as they can verify you as a specialist in HT and will give him a short stay visa. you need to address the letter to the pakistan high commision of india, I guess with your back ground visa should not be a problem as it is the pakistani embassey granting entry.
Javy u r in good hands if DR Humayun is doing the HT for you, I have done good research on him and all came positive, and he is the only HT surgeon to be recommended here on this site in Pakistan (so your part of the world) and i traveled from uk tp have it done and am very happy with the progress so far
Can someone tell me after how many weeks can one start using the sauna and steam room, does it damage the grafts? any damage to any of the hairs? is it good for the scalp or the HT or is it damaging?
