  1. Listen my friend, start with obtaining multiple opinions from reputable repair surgeons before making any decisions…it’s going to involve a number of methods and techniques to remove some of the badly mis-angled grafts and re-implantation…a huge factor to contend with is your wide contrast of hair and complexion color…this is why the imperfections appear to be more noticeable.

  2. Yes Omarca my friend, your overall result at the 12 month update is awesome and very happy for you.

You do have an generalized thinning pattern throughout your scalp and based on the pics that you provided, it appears this diffused thinning has impeded your donor so am wondering if DrM has performed a thorough microscopic examination of your scalp and discussed the findings with you.

Hi Folks, newbie here and in NY debating about the best surgeons to go to in NY/Long Island. I'm a 55 Norwood 6 with no hair loss change in the last ten years and a crown that is sort of on the top of my head not on the back of my head. I  have nice donor hair not thin not thick maybe medium and also a full thick beard. I had a consult many years ago With Gary Hitzig in LI and he terrified me so I never went down the hair resto path again. I 'm not looking for miracles just to look like a Norwood 2or 3 maybe? Love one full session too hate the idea of it dragging on unless they do amazing work. Is there anyone with experience with any NY/L.I surgeons that are good? Been reading here about Dr. Dorin on this site but some say he is burned out. Thanks for any help, tips or suggestions.

No, Dr. Dorin is not burned out…individuals who make unfounded statements like that have other alternative motives usually involving money but if you think about it, it’s really a compliment because it implies how much he is in demand…his consistent results speak loudly of his talent and passion for producing excellence for every one of his patients.

  4. Gats, having said this before, I must say again…your matured result is remarkable to say the least…actually the word miraculous is a better fitting adjective that describes how awesome everything looks.

And still, you may experience a higher degree of hair caliber development that will continue to contribute to a corresponding higher level of visual coverage.

Since 1978 I have observed literally hundreds upon hundreds of repair cases yet yours is in a class by itself…trust me my good friend, the average person would never guess that you had numerous repair procedures.

Most individuals would have moved on with their life having accomplished their dream YET you continue to sacrifice your time and life to help others who suffer from hairloss and those in need of repair.

Although we are close friends, brothers indeed, I am telling you these things from the heart and hope we can one day meet in person…remember Gats, ultimately the rapture will one day soon take us to Paradise!🙋🏻‍♂️

The clinics that Gramatik mentioned above are all great options in Turkey and worth considering depending on your budget.

BTW in most clinics of the world doctors do not do the hair traplant alone but they use techs for some parts of the procedure.

Techs typically prepare and place the grafts in the recipient incision sites made by the surgeon or better stated, “should be made by the surgeon”.
