  1. @Melvin- Admin can you explain the untouched donor look of Canavaro ? Is there a way to decrease the scarring ?
  2. Thank a bunch. Did FUE punch outs from FUT scar improved it or do you speak only about fresh FUE improvement ?
  3. hi @Killian, many thanks again for your efforts and impact. Has there been improvement on donor since the last update ?
  4. If it didn't work this time, doesn't necessarily mean it wouldn't work for FUT. There was a space for error. He didn't inject it at the base of the wound and 3 surgeries a day is a lot. But if it really doens't work for FUT, he's in FUT business so bad news for Bloxham. And also possibly we were too critical about 5 month results. Anyways it would be professional and ethical to update as promised whatever the results are.
  5. No one measured percentage. In mice however they couldn't tell apart the regenerated skin from normal skin, which means the regeneration was close to 100%. In pigs they saw significant improvement before killing them at month 4. The skin was still recovering and they suggested that it would improve if pigs are not killed. No percentage mentioned.
  6. Thank you Doctor that you find time to answer within the busy schedule.
  7. @DrTBarghouthi were you able to follow up with the patient ? If consistent with the first trial. some hair growth should start already. Also as there are many discussions about regeneration percentage, maybe you could call in the first patient to compare hair count in test/control sites via the new trichoscanner device ?
  8. Congrats Doctor and good luck in a new place ! If requested by patient, will it be possible to use verteporfin in London ?
  9. Dr. Barghouthis 0.4 dose result was very promising and looked without gaps as surrounding areas, I bet hair regeneration was much higher than 25%. But there top surgeons , mediocre surgeons and ones who will botch you in any type of surgery where there is no such thing as limited donor. And people pay extra to go to top surgeons. Verteporfin won't change that in hair restoration, top will remain top, only the cost of mistake will be more forgiving.
  10. why don't you go to @DrTBarghouthi, he is reputable surgeon and has experience with verteporfin.
  11. @Melvin- Admin do you know if Dr. Barghouthi's speech at workshop regarding verteporfin will be published ? Hope he will have good updates.
  12. @Killian hi brother ! Sorry if we on the forum bother you with a lot of requests. I know you plan to update on verteporfin at month 5. However if it works, there should be some early good signs already (as was fast healing at the beginning weeks). Can you please describe the progress so far ? The whole community will be grateful .
  13. @Fox243, among us you are the only one who has some communication channels with Dr. Bloxham. Do you know why he doesn't update ? Did he drop the trial ? If we see at least some improvement on older FUT scars, it would be very likely that with old FUE scars we can achieve results comparable to fresh FUE.
  14. Thank you Doctor. Are you moving to London or you will be performing surgeries in both locations ? Have you found a volunteer for the scar extraction trial ?
  15. @DrTBarghouthi thank you, we are blessed to have you As you want to continue trials, is there old FUE scars revision planned ? That would be huge for so many people who already had a FUE.
  16. @DrTBarghouthi you already have gone above and beyond and gave us hope and of course don't have to continue the trials. But if our requests mean anything, many of us here would be very grateful if you do older FUE revision trial.
  17. I am really sorry you face such negativity Doctor especially after all the efforts. I guess some people will always complain, but the majority here appreciate what you do are grateful .
  18. @Fox243 do you know anything new about Bloxhams trial ? It's been 9 months already from the trial, enough to make some conclusions .
  19. Dude there are serious flaws in your logic. People do surgeries for themselves not to update some random internet guys. And the vast majority of people don't want to share their results. Complaining about delays is another thing, but making up theories and blaming well respected doctor without any proof is unacceptable . Keep positive and let's hope we will have some good news from Dr. Barghouthi soon.
  20. With small tattooed area it is much easier to track each FUE . You know each spot and can tell weather it healed and regrew hair.
  21. hi @Killian are you planning to continue updating here ? We would love to hear about the progress.
  22. Can't thank you enough Doctor, you are a true hero! As for further trials, do you intend to do older FUE scars revision or injuring and injecting verteporfin in balding area ?
  23. Sound like a very good plan Dr. Barghouti. Are there intermediary follow ups planned to evaluate the progress ?
