  1. Hello, I had a hair transplant over 2 years ago with a renowned doctor from Belgium, but since then I have had problems with the nerves on my scalp. The old receding hairline squirms when I touch it, but what bothers me more is when someone scratches my head from behind, I feel the nerves running through the entire tonsure and it feels very uncomfortable. The feeling of having a helmet on my head went away after 4 months. During my first hair mill operation, I had no problems with my nerves immediately after the operation, not even for 1 second. Is there really nothing I can do about it? The doctor said I had to go to Belgium but what's the point of taking the long journey without something being done about it? Nothing was done in the entire tonsure, so why are the problems there?
  2. The pattern is ok except for a few places, but with Yaman you often see shocklessness. Maybe he punches very quickly or adjusts the engine faster, he also extracts twice as fast as other renowned doctors. 5000 grafts in 1 session is quite intense
  3. Hello, I discovered some multis on my hairline from friends that were also from bicer. At HLC they were then removed again. Hope everything's good with you
  4. I was at Lupanzula over 2 years ago and always have 2 numb spots that feel electric when touched, even on the tonsure where nothing has been done. I don't think it will heal, after my first hair mill operation I had no nerve problems at all.?
  5. Does mwamba now use a new protocol for the channels? Because I have often seen cobblestones on him or is it not because of the depth of the canal?
  6. At Yaman you could see a strong border and overharvesting immediately after the operation and no soft singles were extracted from the neck. Michalis works at a much higher level for almost the same money.
  7. In my opinion, Yaman's extraction is too aggressive and he removes with too little distance. Renowned clinics at a higher level can extract this in a much “softer” way, usually without shock loss. My donor looked normal again after 1 week.
  8. Für mich sind die Schläge mit einem Trivellini-Mikromotor fast unsichtbar; das Sauggeräusch dort irritierte mich zunächst. In Europa verwenden Lupanzula und Dr. Ayoub einen Trivellini-Mikromotor.
  9. Hello, I saw that fuegenix is using a new punch and the holes look similar to zarev. How is this possible and are these the only two doctors who can do this? This way you can harvest more grafts and it causes fewer scars. I heard that Zarev works a lot with air pressure? I would be operated on by a Trivellini micromotor and I hardly see any punches, there is also a vacuum function that makes it easier to remove the grafts? The trivellini page even says that the function makes the grafts easier to remove! Is there a key or a difference here somewhere?
  10. I find it rather interesting that they only work with assistants?
  11. Your hairline is already proportionately too deep. In addition, your density is not sufficient, I would rather condense the old approach.
  12. Hey, use vitamins for your nerves to help them heal better. I'm 2 years post-op by lupanzula and still have numb spots when touched, it feels stupid but otherwise you don't notice it at all. I had no problem at all with my first cheap operation in Germany, and with the second one I also had a “helmet effect”. I don't know why this happens, head scratching doesn't Fell good anymore...
  13. Will the multis then be removed again or what is the plan? What does the compensation look like? I think I would be extremely upset if I had multis from a reputable doctor and a linear line behind the hairline. To me personally the arrangement looks like something out of a hair mill but that's just my opinion. I would probably have freaked out and no longer trusted the clinic.
  14. Hello, just pull the other side down with on the muscle. I have a number of friends and acquaintances who were born with hair on their frontalis muscle. I also know many celebrities for whom this is the case. Why should it be unnatural when it often occurs in nature?
  15. Hello, I know a colleague who was at Bicer and also had multis in his hair line everywhere. I didn't believe it at first. So in my opinion what bicer did here is not ok. The Mirko arrangement and the graft choice is of a lower design level. Now you have to laboriously remove the multis again. You would have gotten the same approach with a hair mill. My colleague got his money back at the time.
  16. Hello, your result from HLC was really fantastic, one of the most beautiful hairlines I've seen. Why didn't Couto leave the hairline as is and just add more thickness? It seems that her hair loss is not stable and due to the operation, native hair is now falling out.
  17. Hello, I've seen several photos here of patients who had row implants and it just looked unnatural. If it works and the growth rate is high you save a lot of grafts but if it doesn't it looks strange.
  18. Hi, I know some friends who are born with such a patchy donor or have many scsrs i would leave it for now. In your dispenser you can see punches at the bottom, was hair taken from there too? If so, from mwamba or the other clinic? That's well below the semi safe zone, were the soft singles used for the hairline? Otherwise the work looks really good by mwamba. I like the temples very much. Personally, I don't like the arrangement of mwamba in the hairline in general. But that's a matter of taste, I like the irregular arrangement of the grafts. Do you still have soft singles for the hair line? , otherwise you would have to use normal singles or share mutlis.
  19. Hello, I should ask if you still have the nerve damage on the scalp? I'm 13 months post op at lupanzula and still have 2x spots that don't feel good. In addition, the growth rate is similar to yours, so leaking.
