  1. the lady’s name who designed hairline and led the surgery is Dilek Cakir. She is the co-founder of the clinic and dr erdogan’s business partner. Not sure whether she is a doctor. She also operates independently from Erdogan, with the price of 1€ per graft. I think she operates 2 patients per day. Extractions and insertions are typically done by nurses. As was done in erdogan‘s case
  2. Asmed has posted a video of Dr Erdogan having 1900 FU's transplanted to himself, of course at his own clinic. I think it is interesting to see a surgeon getting operated himself.
  3. i dont get this about a "free" second pass. his results were good overall. nothing to require a free second HT. though i respect those pointing out to multis in the hairline, those make a small part of the entire procedure. i guess this concerns were fixed during the 2nd HT which was already planned to improve density.
  4. mine as well he looks particularly good at using grafts efficiently. early growth is a nice benefit but it is not crucial in the big picture IMO. I wonder about his technique and what he does differently from the others. there must be something
  5. yes i have a very conservative approach. i know every graft counts so need to find a balance between improving appearance now and reducing the donor bank though i am thinking should i prioritize midscalp or vertex first?
  6. idk man. i see that's definitely a potential reason but he was already 1 year on meds when he had HT
  7. is it just me or do midscalp and vertex look better now despite not having any transplant there? the result is amazing, but i think even non transplanted areas improved. i believe i saw this in several other cases too. maybe having a HT improves blood circulation on the scalp or something and helps existing hair? i am starting to believe in this...
  8. hello! things look same with no significant improvement or worsening. i came to think that i can benefit from having a HT to improve density through my thirties. i was advised by a doctor not cover my entire scalp in one operation for density enhancement, since according to him coverage of a large area hinders recovery and survival rate of grafts. this is why 2 HTs sound better for me. one for front/mid, and one for mid/vertex (though not sure about the areas) however, i have some issues, and would really appreciate thoughts on those; 1) fortifying the hairline will surely improve the looks, but i think my hairline at this point is fairly low, and i have concerns about "committing" to this current hairline considering the potential progression of hair loss 2) considering this, do you think increasing density starting from maybe 2 cm's above the hairline makes sense? maybe covering entire front and midscalp for improving density 3) my vertex is the worst looking part, but it is the vertex, so not so much visible. i think covering it in a 2nd HT makes more sense. would you agree? i also want to incorporate beard hair there. something like 500 body hair and 1000 scalp hair
  9. happy for you man! it's crazy how little scarring Zarev inflicts to the donor area. i think this is what distinguishes him from the rest, due to that vacuum technology utilized. if his extractions left as significant scars as the rest of the industry, i believe he wouldn't be able to extract without damage from conventionally not so safe areas.
  10. the fact that this compound is already in the market and without any significant side effects is amazing. i think even if it doesnt regenerate hair grafts, the fact that in can prevent scarring (white dots) in the donor area can increase the amount of grafts that can be transplanted significantly, right?
