How much did you pay for the 3,200 grafts ?

That is not accurate. Yaman has been known to deplete donor. I have seen some patients post pictures about it. Plus yaman uses mechanical extraction. Gur is manual.

Thanks for helping. I want to go get 5,000 grafts so badly. But honestly feel the 3000 or so grafts that gur, HLC, and Nader proposed me with a return visit would be the smartest and safest bet

To be honest, you don’t need premium package with Gur. He makes incisions. His techs are well trained to implant. You never see a bad case from him with his standard package. The problem you’ll run into is the same as me. He will propose around 3200 grafts or so for $3,000eu, and we both need much more than that. So with gur it will be a two trip transplant at least one year apart im leaning gur because I want the peace of mind of having my entire front done, before I burn up a bunch more grafts. Plus, he’s half the price so I can basically go twice and pay roughly the same.

Did Gur propose filling your frontal area but not lowering your hairline? That’s what he recommended for me. My hair similar to you

MISTER25 - who in your opinion would fit my case a bit more ? would turan at 3500-4000 grafts estimation over 2 days be better? Only thing is turan also said he would not completely cover my crown. See attached photo

BaldGuy - how many available grafts does average donor have ? I’m a bit concerned of 5000 grafts over two days and having crappy result and then having my donor area used up yaman did offer me two days manual extraction for up to 5500 grafts. I thought that was a lot for a Norwood 4 but I’m not an expert

here is my hairline. Dr turan is a two day surgery and was $1600 more than Gur and Yaman. Turan proposed 3500-4000 grafts. And he was not willing to do my back half of crown

Hello, Norwood IV with a receded hairline and a good size bald crown. I think I’ve narrowed it to the two below Dr Resul Yaman - proposes 4,500 grafts over one day, motorized extraction. He says he will cover my crown. Their communication has been great. cost 3,500 Dr Gur - proposes 3000-3200 grafts manual extraction. Says he will not implant the back half of crown and I will need to return for that. Their communication has been great. Cost 3,000 Any differences on doctor quality? What do you all think is my best option? Should I go with 4,500 grafts with Yaman and hope I’ll get more coverage, or stay more conservative with 3,000 grafts from Gur but know I’ll most likely have to return? (Please Don’t tell me to go to pekiner or Bicer ect they are out of my budget) thanks!

Does it matter which method is used ? One clinic told me they can extract 4,500 grafts a day with motorized and 3,000 with manual Is motorized higher risk of damaged grafts or donor area?

i am 38 years old wanting to go to turkey for hair transplant. Ive had a receeded hairline for 10 years easily. My crown has gotten worse over the past 3 years. I am on fin and min. I’ve narrowed my choices to dr yaman - 4500 grafts one day, or 5500 grafts over two days. He says he will cover my crown. Motorized extraction dr turan - 3500-4000 grafts over two days however he will not do back half of crown and proposed I come back one year later dr gur - 3200 grafts over one day however he will not do back half of crown and proposed I come back one year later cosmedica - 4500 grafts in one day, all techs. Will cover crown. any others I’m missing? can you please help me? I am confused and don’t know where I should go.
