@Unbrokenlink if itchiness is due to dandruff you should use ketoconazole shampoo

I hear it’s much more effective than topical.
Yes, my experience was great with oral. I started with 2.5 mg and continued with that

@Hair-here I think that would be a good idea if you want to use SMP to fill your donor scars. But the question is if you do your procedure with Dr. Pittella I doubt whether there'll be any donor scars or not
-
@ytt248 with oral finasteride if you can also start oral minoxidil under a doctor's supervision I think it'll improve your donor
-
@yona195 I think it looks okay, by month 12 you'll get full density. Who was your surgeon ?
-
@cfmhc Yes, from day 7 there shouldn't be any issues at all. Meanwhile while you go somewhere don't forget to wear surgical cap. By the way would like to see the work, if you could share in a different thread
-
@anon22 you can look at Dr. Sethi
But not sure whether he'll only do the temporal points

@Eugenix Hair Sciences this is outstanding for 10 months
Great work by Dr. Somesh

How can you conclude in just one month that your final result won't be good?
With 3200 grafts (That's a Huge Grafts) on frontal area, I am quite sure you will get good density. I don't know which doctor you went to though
Stop thinking about second procedure now you still have 11 months more to go.
^ completely agree. There's no way you can plan for another procedure just after one month post procedure. You never know how it willl shape up at 12 month mark.

@Jejubumbee can you share some photos ?

@Melvin- Admin I think only you can convince them to join you for a podcast. It would be interesting to see both of them together 🤩
Also Dr. Sethi, seeing three horsemen together with you for a podcast would be something extraordinary.

Thanks, although it difficult to hear, I know you're right. I'm just in denial. Part of me would risk the expense just to know that I tried but that would foolish.
At the end, it actually depends on what will make you happy. At the same time you need to also think about the investment and what you're getting.
I think as everyone suggested reach out to Dr. Zarev, Pittella also Dr. Sethi and you'll get to know about the available options

Tbh last year when I went to Eugenix for my repair procedure, my stress level was also high. But they did everything to make me comfortable. Don't worry, you'll be in good hands.
Do share post op pics once your procedure is completed.
Best wishes 👍

@Yashpatel1998 can you share before and after pictures ?

They have recently increased their packages a lot. Senior doc package now costs more than INR 210+.
Also, DermaClinix is not very popular here, but I heard locally (offline) that they are good and are AIIMS Alumni. If other packages are out of your
Budget you can look at Dr. Somesh
Last year he was at 120 INR package. Currently he's in which package ? Here you'll find some of his latest works
-
@Anonymous26 I can understand what you're going through. I think in your case possibly poor survival of grafts could be the reason. For your repair procedure select a surgeon with some proper research, best wishes
-
@Ankit India I think what Eugenix mentioned with 3500 grafts they'll cover up front and mid zone. After that you'll need another procedure to cover up crown. I think it'll be your decision. If you want to go for a full coverage, you can plan accordingly.
And regarding the package selection, there are multiple factors. In my case, I could afford the exclusive package so I went for that. Here in this forum you'll be seeing Eugenix senior and Eugenix trained doctors work. I hope I'll help you to choose.

@Hayat7 in my opinion doesn't look like 5000 grafts. And the placement of grafts were even worse. Who was your surgeon ?
