My experience with Saw Palmetto + Stinging Nettle Root

Regarding saw palmetto, I may not take this again as I understand there are other potential side effects following long term use. My diet is relatively good with adequate amount of fibre. I eat a lot of fruit and veg and tend to avoid junk food. It's interesting you mentioned about the semen being very dense, as you attributed to high testosterone levels. My girlfriend did comment one time, that mine was very thick in comparison to all of her previous partners who had a more "watery" viscosity. One could deduce from this that all of her previous lovers had full mops of hair! I looking forward with interest the results of the DHT test. I'm also going to consider purchasing 1.5 mm of micro needle roller at the end of the month. It will be my new year's resolution to try it for 6 months. -
My experience with Saw Palmetto + Stinging Nettle Root

I have stopped taking saw palmetto as I had side effects. Most notably, significant constipation. I am currently taking a tablespoon of stinging natural syrup and a tablespoon of pumpkin seed oil per day for the past several months. I have noticed that my libido has edged off somewhat but not to the level of reducing my performance, so to speak. In fact, I believe this is a good thing as I did have an over exuberance in that regard which had somewhat impacted on my social interaction with the opposite sex. I have taken a DHT blood test recently to ascertain if my levels are similar to Nico's result. I will post the results as soon as I get them. -

Following your post, I've done a bit of further research and it seems that you are correct. Blood levels of DHT fluctuate throughout a 24-hour period. Nonetheless, I am intrigued by the fact that his experiment showed an impact on DHT levels based on supplement intake. Whilst it is just one person and one blood test per day, one cannot disregard this empirical observation. It's also important to note that pharmaceutical companies do not have an interest in funding research in such natural remedies as it has no financial benefit for them. Hence, the lack of research, in my opinion. -

I undertook the DHT test recently. I understand two companies provide this in Ireland, Eurofins and Randox. Mine was via Eurofins €120. Look up "private blood test" in your country. -

Well it's finally happening. Having being inspired by your initial citizen research, I've been taking pumpkin seed oil and stinging nettle syrup on a daily basis for the past several months. I'm going to get my testosterone and DHT levels tested today. Here in Ireland I can get the DHT test for 120 euros. I'm looking forward to the results. -

According to ChatGPT: Converting a tablet capsule form of saw palmetto into a topical liquid form would require a few steps. However, please note that altering the form of a medication or supplement should be done under the guidance of a healthcare professional or pharmacist, as they can provide specific instructions based on your needs and ensure the safety and efficacy of the product. Here's a general guideline: 1. Gather the necessary supplies: You will need the saw palmetto capsules, a mortar and pestle (or a clean coffee grinder), a carrier oil (such as coconut oil, jojoba oil, or olive oil), a glass container with a lid, and a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth. 2. Crush the capsules: Open the saw palmetto capsules and carefully transfer the contents to the mortar and pestle. Alternatively, you can use a clean coffee grinder to powderize the capsules. Grind the contents until you achieve a fine powder. 3. Mix with carrier oil: In the glass container, combine the powdered saw palmetto with the carrier oil. The ratio of saw palmetto powder to carrier oil can vary depending on your preference and the desired concentration. You may start with a 1:4 ratio (one part saw palmetto powder to four parts carrier oil) and adjust as needed. 4. Stir and infuse: Mix the saw palmetto powder and carrier oil thoroughly, ensuring that the powder is evenly distributed. Place the lid on the container and let the mixture sit for several weeks to allow the saw palmetto compounds to infuse into the oil. Shake the container gently every few days to promote thorough infusion. 5. Strain the mixture: After the infusion period, strain the mixture using a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth. This will remove any remaining solid particles, resulting in a smooth liquid. 6. Transfer to a suitable container: Pour the strained liquid into a clean, airtight container that is suitable for topical application. Consider using a dark glass bottle to protect the liquid from light, as some compounds may degrade when exposed to light. Remember to label the container with the contents, date of preparation, and any other pertinent information. Prior to using the topical liquid, perform a patch test on a small area of your skin to ensure there are no adverse reactions. If you experience any discomfort or irritation, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. It is essential to consult with a healthcare professional or pharmacist before modifying the form of any medication or supplement to ensure it is safe and appropriate for your specific situation.

I'm using rosemary oil in a dropper bottle (3% concentration mix) with a carrier oil (almond oil). Depending on the size of the dropper bottle, I use one of the following: ➢Mix 19 Rosemary oil drops to 30ml carrier oil ➢Mix 25 Rosemary oil drops to 40ml carrier oil ➢Mix 30 Rosemary oil drops to 50ml carrier oil ➢Mix 60 Rosemary oil drops to 100ml carrier oil ➢Alternatively, mix 10 to 15 drops of rosemary oil with around 750ml of boiling water. I'm also taking daily dose of the following: ➤A tablespoon of pumpkin seed oil ➤A tablespoon of flaxseed oil ➤A 10ml of stinging nettle syrup It's over a month now and I am noticing dying hair follicles regrow, especially around my crown area. Overall, I've noticed my hair feeling stronger. I'm 46 years oil, have Norwood grade 5/6 and have been losing hair since my early 20's. There is some research to suggest that micro needling is just as effective as PRP. Micro needling can be a fraction of the cost. PRP can cost thousands but you can buy a surgical grade micro needle roller for and 15 euros on Amazon. https://youtu.be/thQ1taoKoo4 -

I started using rosemary essential oil. I mixed it with a carrier oil (almond oil). Options below: ➢Mix 19 Rosemary oil drops to 30ml carrier oil to give 3% potency ➢Mix 25 Rosemary oil drops to 40ml carrier oil to give 3% potency ➢Mix 30 Rosemary oil drops to 50ml carrier oil to give 3% potency ➢Mix 60 Rosemary oil drops to 100ml carrier oil to give 3% potency -
I think the photo shows an excellent distribution and transitioning on the front. Based on my opinion and from what I've researched, having a relatively higher hairline serves for future proofing. By that I mean you'll grow into it as time progresses. In contrast, lowering the hairline may not give a natural result as time goes by, in my opinion.

Research suggests that Rosemary oil is just as effective as Minoxidil as a topical solution. To apply: "After mixing about 5 drops of rosemary essential oil with a teaspoon of carrier oil (like jojoba oil or coconut oil), massage evenly into your scalp after bath or shower. Rinsing out the oil afterward is optional — though if you do rinse, let the oil sit on your scalp for at least 5 to 10 minutes beforehand." https://www.healthline.com/health/rosemary-oil-for-hair -

In your opinion, would reducing overall testosterone levels lead to improvements in male pattern baldness? I've found an interesting article which highlights herbal supplements that can do this: https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/foods-that-lower-testosterone#TOC_TITLE_HDR_4 I welcome your thoughts.
