  1. Did he show you any temple point results? If so how many cases and how were they? I haven’t seen him post any examples and it doesn’t seem like he does them very much.
  2. Everything else looks great and it looks like there are signs of life in that middle part so it could definitely fill in. Either way nothing a touchup couldn't fix. Doubt they would have to shave anything to do it either.
  3. Thank you for posting unflattering pics. Very rare to see that on any transplant forum. Everything is looking great!
  4. Were there a lot of grafts popping out during surgery that he said was due to the scarring from dermarolling? Did you bleed a lot during surgery?
  5. How did it go? What questions did you ask and what did she say was her general approach during the first surgery? Her thoughts on temple points?
  6. @gxm100Yep that's exactly what I was thinking. Looks great! Thanks
  7. @gxm100Can we see a pic with the hair down and parted without product to get an idea of the density? Thanks!
  8. @MikeJohnDaDon Yes, please post better pictures and not just wet harshly lit ones. I think that would give everyone a better idea of what your result looks like in everyday life. I don't think we're getting a proper representation of what's going on and what you're seeing yourself in other scenarios.
  9. In all likelihood this is going to fail. What I'm saying is planning ahead so that he can get his surgery one year on the dot once it becomes confirmed that it is a failure. If he wants to put up some money on consult fees then that is a price to pay for wanting to get ahead in this fix that he's going to need. The clock isn't going to strike 12 months for him to confirm it's a botch and then he schedules a consult which might be a few months out then a surgery which could be 6 months-1 year. Then it's been almost 2 years since his failed surgery instead of 1. If something is causing someone this much distress I don't think it's an overreaction to be planning A-Z at this point, granted they're going to choose a good surgeon.
  10. Most surgeons I have asked have said 8 months (including Konior/Nadimi) before consulting after your previous surgery, so you could start scheduling now. I think your situation counts as a special case tbh. You can obviously see that even if it "succeeds" it's still a botched job, so maybe some surgeons will put you on the fast track for scheduling so that you get your next surgery at a 1 year mark if they have slots available or you can get on a waitlist now. You need to express to them how dire your situation is to them.
  11. I think if you contact Konior/Nadimi and get on their waitlist it can be sooner if you're ready to go at a moments notice. Of course there are other great options, I just know they are top tier with donor management. There are also others like Nader and Pekiner for FUE. I don't blame you for being distraught. A reputable surgeon failed you not once but twice. Thanks for posting your experience because it may help others educate themselves and give them second thoughts about going with Wesley. But know that there are many who have been in your shoes that eventually got fixed. I don't blame you though, I'd be antsy af too.
  12. This thread is making me doubt considering Wesley. Both surgeries have been obvious carelessness. It appeared the initial scar mess up was like an "oopsy" kind of mistake when that should not have happened. Along with the female HT who commented on this thread, idk. I wonder what's going on with him because it seems like he's done really good work in the past but his density has been abysmal. At this point I would go with someone who is very effective at donor management. That would be Nadimi/Konior. Nadimi does no-shave up to 1500 grafts. If you're getting it only in the front, I doubt that would be a problem at all. You should submit a form on their site and explain your situation in detail.
  13. @MikeJohnDaDon Have you ever gotten a scalp biopsy or diagnosed with anything like dermatitis? Even in failed HTs it doesn't usually look quite like yours does. Are you currently on any meds?
  14. Update @hairlossPA ? Many of us would appreciate it. Pics not even necessary, just an update on how it has turned out for you.
