SMP or a hair system would appear to be the options to look at. @AheadInkSMPdo really nice work!

Of course. I'll get some pictures as soon as I shower off and dry. I have full coverage with no scalp showing when dry, it's just thin and doesn't move how I like it without the Toppik. I take 1mg a day for the past 6 years. I tried to take DUT this past year and had MASSIVE acne like breakouts all over my face and chest (I'm assuming the increased T caused this). I really want to try DUT again but man I'm I afraid of that breakout happening again, since it lasted around 5 months.
Yeh I kinda guessed you may have tried out, shame it caused sides 😞

Hey, can we see some more pics without any toppik? Thanks Bro. Some people will switch to Dutasteride which is certainly more potent, what dose/days are you taking Fin?
-
Hi, Can you specify if a Dr did any of the steps? Thanks, just wondering if it’s like a purely tech driven procedure there.

Thank you for the thoughts.
I'm relatively high on the norwood scale, with goals to have longer hair, and expecting to want more than one round of transplants. Thread linked below.
A combination wont prevent future work being done as well I presume?
You will still be able to have future procedures using any of those techniques, donor area allowing…
-
Good way to maximise/fully utilise the donor area in one procedure, instead of the usual max out on FUT and then proceed to FUE. Dr Bisanga is another that is capable in doing these combos, and sometimes even FUT/FUE/BHT, much like Dr Soni. Don’t even think about FUT If you wanted to have you’re hair particularly short though, or ever plan too. As @Gatsbymentioned they are definitely a option for the higher Norwood levels.

Poor extraction pattern and yeh possible/likely over harvesting, both could be true here. Nobody should take about 2.4K from such a small areas.
Which Indian clinic was this?^ This. 👍🏿

I would like to think about that. If you read above I was kinda trying to keep that private.
I truly believe that that may be why everyone, that knew, has been giving me nothing but bad comments. Correcting my spelling. You name it.
I am not back here posting my results so that you can make me feel bad and you feel good.
It’s just for people looking for the clinics name, it’s mentioned in the thread here but not in the title, you’re decision obvs. Nobody is trying to make anyone feel good or bad, just give open and honest advice, nothing more or less. Perceived poor work would be called out here totally regardless of who the clinic or Dr was, makes no difference. I’m not sure how you would think this would make anyone “feel good” we all just wanted to protect you from getting a sub par procedure, and all the issues we mentioned are now apparent unfortunately.

@Michael DCould you change the title of the thread to include the name of the clinic, as this will help people that are looking for their results.
-
Apart from the afore mentioned issues which are all totally valid, the donor area doesn't look like it was over harvested, just they didn't take and use 2k of grafts. Looks like around 1k or so in the recipient area. Positives? Yes they have not taken as many grafts which leaves more to use for the second/third procedure. If you were to stick around here i have serious doubts you would choose them again.

Hi, can you clarify when the surgery date was? Was it 2022? Also please can you include some pre and post op pics so we can see the work 🤜🏿

Just hairs bro, all totally normal and on track. It’s very common for people to worry and ask this, but extremely rare to actually happen, upshot? You’re good 👍🏿
-
Around 2-2.5k upfront max, can we see the crown? That would mean the remainder of the grafts were used there, entirely plausible. 👍🏿

Yeh it’s odd that he deleted all the posts, he was adamant he would be posting a review either way…
@Michael D over to you 🙏

Yeah @Michael D chime in brother, consider making a soild post detailing the experience and thoughts, if you ended up going with it.
If he did then I would hope he creates a thread, after all the discussion here then it would be the right thing to do.

We need a update either way 🙏

you are a longtime lurker but chose a surgeon never mentioned on the forum?
Curious what made you go with Dr. Petrus over the names you hear about on HRN? This is actually my first time ever hearing of Petrus, regardless of website.
Didn’t ring any bells so I took a look and found one mention which was more than worrying. OP I also have to wonder why you chose this Dr, did you not also come across this:

Can we see pre and post op pics? Interested to see the FUT closure and how it looks now.

To clarify it’s going to take more than that amount of grafts imo, clinic based pics are not the best to be judging the overall quality of a place.
The Uk options are limited and better Drs can be sought by travelling to Europe. However the only ones I would suggest are Dr Reddy, Dr Ball, Dr Farjo and perhaps Dr Manish Mittal. You need to be seeing actual patient posted journeys, like you can find here, all clinics will show what they consider to be the best, it’s organic reviews (and lots of them) you need to be seeing, and ensure you have the actual Drs name.- 1

I don’t think that’s enough grafts to address the frontal third. Which clinic was this?
-
Looks like good work, just checked out some of you’re other results 👍🏿

My crown isn’t that bad it’s not even considered bald just thinning and the area is just a small patch. Im not even taking any meds, if I hopped on 1mg fin that would probably close on its own. My real problem is just a receding hairline but I have above average super thick donor hair so if that is transferred to the front I’m done and will look like my former 16 year old self
Can you post up some pics?
Calling all hair transplant savvies :)
