I'm only 21, so I contacted him recently like about 3 months ago. Most high end doctors most likely won't take anyone under 25. But i've been consistently the same with my hairline since I was 18 so I assumed he would make an exception.

Yeh you’re very right, they won’t generally, some make exceptions depending on the case. Dr Yaman is obviously ok with the age then?

  2. Yeh it’s bad news that the transplant clinic can now say it was the 4 day old SMP that’s ruined the result, if you had poor growth up until that point it’s now been compounded by the SMP on top. The SMP shouldn’t have been performed, and the clinic shouldn’t have been so harsh with its feedback. Going forward you should now wait until such time both can be re examined.

Thank you, yeah I mean it's just hard cause there are always mess ups here and there. No doctor I have seen has perfect results. Could be a hit or miss sometimes. I contacted Dr Perkiner before and he said I was too young for the procedure and as for Dr Keser I will look into him. Thank you for your recommendations and time. Have a good day!

Exactly that, absolutely no Dr/Clinic are without the odd misfire, some more than others… you’re already focusing on the better options in Turkey. Dr Turan and Dr Gur are other options, as are HLC and Dr Demirsoy. However I don’t think it’s get any better than Dr Perkner, how long ago was It he said you’re too young? How old are you now?

Hello, i'm truly having trouble with finding the right clinic. I've been researching for a while now and keep finding one then getting cold feet. I am having high hopes for Dr Resul Yaman and want to go with this clinic. But, i'd obviously like other peoples views on the clinic. Is this a good clinic to go to for just a hairline restoration? If not, could someone recommend one to me. Let me know, thanks!!

Well it’s personal choice of course but Dr Perkiner has my vote as doing some of the best work In Turkey, Dr Keser is another. Try and find as many results as you can and judge for yourself who’s hairlines you prefer.

  5. @Max1No there does not seem to be any miniaturisation, no matter how many photos are shown it’s not going to change the fact you are not balding, which is you’re worry.

This is a irrational obsession at this point, and as we can’t seem to help convince you then yeh I do agree with @Gatsbyand you talk to a professional, it seems no matter how many times we say that it looks fine, it doesn’t seem to alleviate you’re concerns. Explain you’re concerns in person, as I said on the other thread I don’t think I’m this instance this forum can help you. Considering everyone here is of the same opinion (no balding/no miniaturisation) you continue to post more pics and sill persist in asking. I honestly don’t think we can convince you anymore than we have, it’s definitely going to take a professional here. The one person I can tag is one of the Drs on the forum who is usually active and kind enough to help with members questions - @DrTBarghouthi

there is a good chance that it will evolve in your opinion? and sorry for my English

All men are subject to hair loss through MPB, the rate this will happen is Impossible to predict, sometimes people can make a educated guess, but thats still a guess… in you’re particular case you are now attuned too what can happen and I have no doubt then IF any changes occur you will ensure its professionally looked at. Absolutely nobody will be able to say when that is.

  7. Bro this isn’t balding at all. But don’t take any of us armchair experts word for it, seek out a dermatologist, preferably a trichologist. Only they and/or a decent hair transplant clinic can properly assess you’re hair. I can see by you’re posts you’re obsessed, and this isn’t something I think the forum can put you’re mind at risk. Even with the professionals chiming in on the other threads, it really does need to be seen in person. Despite it looking to a outsider absolutely nothing is wrong, I think seeing someone in person and having it examined would actually give you some confidence/satisfaction going forward. At some point in you’re life you will possibly face hair loss, but it’s not right now, and as you’re so observant then you really would notice any changes in the future.
Most people wait until the hair loss progresses to quite some extent, some start medication at the earliest stage. For you I just think you need professional reassurance after it being examined.
Looking on Google is dangerous when starting out, according to Google is not something you should be basing any decisions on, good resource yeh, but not for identifying a individuals hair loss.
I also understand you’re not posting in you’re native language, and sorry but my French is poor 😬 I hope translate will make sense of my post to you.

  8. It’s a double edged sword when someone is brave enough to come and share/show a poor or sub par work procedure, they are sharing sensitive information and pics, which does need to be shown, but this has led to misuse. For that person in particular it’s really not going to be of any help when the pics are being described in the negative, making those kind of comments is somewhat cruel and can stick in the members head. That is definitely the opposite of what forums are supposed to be doing, helping others and supporting them. Most of us probably are on multiple platforms, and this is a good thing in my eyes. What’s not cool is ridiculing others, it wouldn’t fly on this forum without repercussions.

I think it’s more that I just can’t find much outside of hairrestorationnetwork. Reddit is almost completely quiet on him and Facebook groups that I’m a part of habe only recently in the past few months mentioned him. Shouldn’t there be heaps of reviews scattered?

Have you looked on Belli Capelli? Italian forum but can be switched to English, it’s the only other forum I frequent, not sure how to navigate Reddit tbh.

Does anyone know why some of the surgeons (such as Dr Laorwong) that have been doing hair transplants for over 10 years don’t have many reviews? It seems like only in the last couple of years there has been a greater increase in reviews. Even on reddit forums I can’t find anything before 2019/20.

it concerns me a bit because I would’ve thought that there would be plenty of reviews over a career spanning such a long time. I can see that some Dr’s on here have profiles which contain some of their work but there isn’t 10 years worth.

I just put his name in the search bar and it throws up a lot, including recent/past hts.

This could make a good episode in South Park where a bunch of bald people from two groups are arguing with each other and then the surgeon, aka Diep, tries to sneak away quietly in the background but then the bald guys notice a money trail of cash falling out from the surgeon's lab coat and then they all collectively realize who the real enemy is and band together in releasing their frustrations on the surgeon with fists and kicks.

Weirdly I was watching South Park whilst reading this comment 😂
