  1. I just added 3 photos to the above comment which I think really show the potential. I don’t really see much scarring? Looks pretty good to me.
  2. I have been researching it a lot and it seems pretty good for cauasians. I have looked at lots of photos now and can’t see much. You can take as much as 3,000 they say before you start to notice thinning.
  3. I re read it and it is 274. Here is the immediate after photo.
  4. I think the post was from the patient advisor for the doctor. David he is on the site I emailed him today to see what he says about beard grafts.
  5. You think it wrecked it? This guy looks to have an average beard. It looks thinner here but if he grew it I don’t think you’d notice a difference. Maybe he meant to say 2074. Who knows. The other guy had over 3000 and his beard didn’t look less dense in the photos. I read the average person has anywhere from 5000 to 30,000 beard hairs. So depending where you are initially will affect the end result. I just watched a video where a guy plucked each one of his beard hairs individually and counted them lol and he had over 15,000. My beard looked similar or maybe even thicker than his? Not sure. Here is my beard. I take beard growing seriously haha so I wouldn’t really wanna thin it crazily. When I shave I also have a baby face so scarring is an issue. I’m gonna see what the clinic says in my consultation.
  6. This guy had over 3000 FU from beard and it still looks the same as before. I can’t see the underside of the beard though.
  7. I found a set of photos for beard harvesting. I really wish I didn’t take finasteride but at the time it seemed like a good option. I never wanted to take it but doctors and consultants convinced me to try it… I don’t want scars on the face either. I’m content with a slightly thinning look. I have had a high receding hairline and I honestly think it looks decent with my face. I’ve always kept my hair shorter on the sides with a messy crop on top and I used fibers to add density. Minoxidil also works well for me. I quit it when I had problems with fin in an attempt to figure out what was causing problems for me. Lost a lot of hair when I quit it plus I was taking testosterone. I would have progressed slowly like my father but managed to lose it all in a couple of years. At least now I only have one direction to go.
  8. Nice. Have you done much research on beard harvesting? I have been doing quite a bit but it is hard to find photos. I found one from David Anderson where he showed his face shaved. It looks like you can get a bit of scarring from it. I am awaiting my consult on Whatsapp too they haven't contacted me yet it has been about 2 days. I have a really big beard and I love it. I guess you gotta choose though. Shame to lose beard density but hey I got no choice. Do you have any photos up on the site General?
  9. Did you already receive your consult? What did they say you required for grafts? I kinda did some rough math at $2 CAD per graft for 8000 grafts over a period of time. I have lots of thick beard hair and chest hair if they require it. Looking at about 20G with that package including tax. Next step up will be about $34G.
  10. Hello OP, Is there any scarring where the grafts were extracted from your beard? I h. a thick beard underneath my chin and I might have to go the same route. However, I am a touch worried about scars on my face. Thanks.
  11. I am curious on this as well. Everyone says you can't put a price on HT, but when you have a mortgage and other financial commitments..... You have too unless you want to wait a long time and save for the higher one. It is a very hard decision.
  12. Has anyone ever got the comprehensive package? I have been searching but haven't found any. Would be really interesting to hear their experience.
  13. @Melvin- Moderator Did you go to EUGENIX in India and what was your experience with them? I have been looking at their results and their procedures and techniques and they look quite good as well. Quite a bit more affordable as well but the travel and exchange fees might be a bit more. They also have "PACKAGES" which seem a little sketch. You can go as low as a $1 a graft USD but then its lead by "EUGENIX" trained doctors??? $4-$5 a graft gets you a surgery with the founders/main doctors. Never seen that pricing model before ever.
  14. If I were to grow it out it would be the same it’s the lighting etc. yah I just feel abroad is even more money with exchange rates and travel. I don’t want to do the turkey special personally. I think Canada is the best for quality and price…. But correct me if I am wrong.
