If you want minoxidil I buy mine online at minoxidil uk your probably best going for the 5% Kirkland brand foam as a lot of people get a itchy scalp with the liquid. Its about ?18 for a three months supply but with me it lasts more like two. Just google minoxidil in the uk. The liquid version is also quite greasy. Whereabouts in Lancashire are you ? I've seen it many times were people who IMO did not need a ht and regretted they ever did. Most people do not suffer any of the side effects of finasteride and usually start to see results around six months of usage same goes for minoxidil. Try the meds and see how you get on. Look up charlyboy if you don't believe me and read through marals patients threads. Not saying its right just that its happened with maral also. Its all so unnecessary. Have a good day

Roscoe regarding the price you said its the same from 2000 to 3000 do you know if its a certain price from 1000 to 2000 ? It seems a bit strange I would of thought it would be so much per graft which alters as the graft count hits increments of a thousand. Weird would you mind stating what you paid? No big deal if you don't want to. Seems like dr Karadeniz isn't making to good a first impression in regard to customers care. The hat concerns me and the total aftercare process. To go through all the ht then destroy it in ones sleep or in some other way like doing damage with hats. Nice result the patient must be very happy with. I presume dr yaman is going to applying for recommendation! Is the input by members going to have any baring on the outcome of the process? Is the process going to be altered in any way considering the overwhelming voice of displeasure seen with dr dua's recommendation? Or should members participation be taken out of the equation although it seems like it was anyway. Is dr yamans inclusion a fore gone conclusion? Should we start congratulating him now? All that aside from what I have seen so far he's looking very promising indeed I'm quite impressed so far. The more quality drs the better as more sufferers can be helped get the results their after. Yes I did Roscoe though they aren't the best quality to be judging the hairline placement from but as I said from the size of the area covered and grafts placed it should be fairly densely packed. If all goes as expected you should be a happy chappie. Its the waiting game now and probably the hardest part. Its going to be 12 months before you and us can judge the results properly. We are going to be growing through this time together but you'll have a months head start it should be interesting given the rivalry of our two drs. Roscoe. I use Kirkland brand minoxidil foam ?18 I think for three month supply but it usually lasts me two months. If I were you I would buy some pro scar while there( don't get loads though as you may suffer the side effects ) and buy a pill cutter then take a quarter a day 1.25 mg. Proscar and propecia are 5mg and 1mg finasteride made by Merck. You buy generic equivalents a lot cheaper they still have the same active ingredients ( finasteride ) Its the size of the dose in each tab that differs you can take a single 1 mg tab a day or a quarter of the 5mg tab daily and the later is what most people do as its a lot cheaper. Just buy from trusted supplier's as with everything if a quid can be made by someone they'll sting you and give you something that may harm you. Your dr certainly dence packed hopefully everythy goes as planned. Safe journey home. Have a good day

I have had absolutely zero adverse effects with the meds. Only problem I had was with minoxidil but once I stopped using the liquid and went on the foam version the crazy itching went away within a couple of days. I will be getting as much done as my donor area will allow. Your dr and mine are competitors and dispise each other so don't read to much into what's said. I'm booked with maral for the 7th of march in Turkey. I'm not well traveled at all and its my biggest concern but that said I've never heard of the problems you mention happening in marals patients threads so fingers crossed all goes well. What hair loss pattern have you? That might explain the conservative hairline. I'm from near Preston, Lancashire, uk. And you? Hello thatoldchestnut. I did read the post in its entirety and see you don't mention if you use any medications if you don't that should be your starting point. They seem to be most effective when used at a younger age were the loss is not that severe and you fall definitely into this catorgary. If I were you I would not even consider a ht at this stage by all means research as much as you can but get on the meds and see what if anything they have done for you in say a years time. Hello Roscoe. Sounds like you had a eventful trip and its more the traveling that concerns me not the actual ht. In the end its the final results that matter and the amount of hardship people are willing to endure just for hair is quite staggering at times. Some people have unrealistic expectations of what can be acheived with what is actually available in the donor region. As your only thirty dr Karadeniz has probably taken into account your possible future loss and given you a safer more appropriate hairline than you might of wished for. Most people discuss in great detail about the hairline but it sounds like you didn't and now your concerned you should have talked more to the dr at the time. Hopefully things will work out for your good. A lot of cases such as this the clinic or dr isn't named because of a risk of negotiations being complicated by you giving out negativety about them. Some people concede techs can do extractions some do not. Some said fue was never going to be of any worth. Then we have the idea of techs doing incisions its being done and people are showing the results now is up to us to judge the results as we have with fue right from its infancy All marals patients that have posted have been convinced or so it would seem. Blake when has anyone said that a tech is ever going to always be more artistic or better skilled than a dr? On the reverse though you are of the opinion that a dr will always be better than a tech and you've said it many times and its perfectly understandable your a doctor. I have said it before that artistry and skill is not a god given talent just bestowed to drs and its ridiculous if this is your stance. To think that a dr should not be on hand in case of complications is a veiw I have never endorsed nor will i. Blake did you notice any difference,a turning point with the results being anything less than excellent with Lorenzo or Erdoğans work? If not then there goes your theory of a doc being superior in this crucial part of the procedure because you cannot see any difference.
