  1. Agree with @TrixGlendevon Just punch a few multis out and recess the corners slightly. This will soften the hairline and make a world of difference. I don't think there's any point adding or camouflaging
  2. If they punch out a few obvious doubles on the hairline I highly doubt you will get scarring. The risk of scarring increases if there are a lot of grafts and they are right next to each other, which is not the case with you. You're not removing the whole hairline, you just want to punch out the offensive grafts. I'd also consider creating more of a recession in the corners. That will involve punching out a few more from the corners than in the middle. But will look way more natural.
  3. I have met him twice but decided not to go with him as my case was a bit complicated and needed a repair surgeon. He is knowledgeable and realistic. A close friend of mine went to him and got good results, he was a Norwood 2.
  4. Brother with all due respect every photo you post is incredibly zoomed in and at a weird angle. Please can you provide us with a clearer, more zoomed out photo. Ask someone to take it for you.
  5. I would be careful of adding grafts in front to camouflage if your hairline is already low. Maybe you can punch out the multiples in your hairline and just reimplant them behind. That's what I'd probably go for.
  6. Pinto. Keyser is great but four days is honestly too long. Surgery is the most boring thing ever, and stressful, I'd rather have it over as soon as possible (plus pinto is legit world class)
  7. I am sorry to hear this man The sad truth is that you may just have to remove the grafts and shave everyday... not to be pessimistic, but just want to be realistic
  8. Brother, I am probably just going to do some graft punchouts and maybe just a modest session of donor to frontal hair line (like, very low, 200 grafts). And then I will call it a day. Bonus of that is that i could probably do unshaven fue too.
  9. this is going to be A1 if all goes well. excellent work
  10. Cosmedica just had a video deleted off my channel with a copyright strike. In fact, the person who launched the strike was the user on this forum whose story I covered. Make of that what you will. Avoid.
  11. What cream are you using for recovery @Faisal Alsubaie Did Dr Bisanga suggest any silicone based scar gel?
  12. @Faisal Alsubaiemabrook bro. Must be such a good feeling to get rid of some of those ugly grafts. At what point were you able to sleep normally on your back?
  13. i've had some done around my beard and there is literally nothing to show you
  14. So Dr Mwamba's clinic reached out to me today and have issued the rebate and also a free touch up. I had a good chat with them about what my concerns were and Dr Mwamba is trying his best to fix things. I'm glad this is finally sorted, and to be honest I never wanted it to get this. I've also spoken to them about the lack of organisation from the clinic and it seems they have taken this on board for the future, mentioning some steps they will take to avoid stuff happening like this in the future.
  15. I really did not want this to become a public spat or exchange with Dr Mwamba or the clinic. Although I guess it's fair game seeing as I posted it here. I have tried to stay very balanced in my appraisal of the work. My main grief was in the follow up as I've stated many times. The top growth was poorer than I expected, but the rest was pretty good, particular my donor and temple growth. If the follow up was handled better none of this would have been as big an issue as it has become. My main gripe is the rebate and also what I felt was far too expensive a follow up offer (considering the poor growth on top). Yes I spoke to Dr Mwamba in person, but after I went away and compared to what other clinics quoted, it was way too much.
  16. Washes arranged with Mwamba on the day, he said can you come at this time etc and we agreed on it. Mwamba is a nice man but the surgeries take way too long. Other clinics don't stretch surgeries out till 1-2am, in my case, 6.30am in the morning. I had mixed results with him.
