  1. The issue with Turk is the price/benefit ratio is pretty bad but I mean if you really don't want to take a risk with your hair it's one of the only things that doesn't mess with hormonal s*it
  2. Yes that"s why I show it under the "worst" lightning and normal lightning
  3. First picture is next to a window (about 2 feet from it) 2nd it's a normal lighting inside during the day with no lights on
  4. Also Huberman said it and I trust his takes check at 1:38:00
  5. I'm approaching the 6 month mark and I would say that I'm more around 60-70 % of what I expect, pretty late grower though (started after 3 month 1/2) I think 8 months will be the 80-85% of the total result
  6. Indirectly because of you haha I started to research the "proof" I had seen it was debunked but it wasn't as established as I thought. And the fact that I read again a lot of comments on reddit made it reconsider. I will drop it for the moment and try Turk (without expecting too much because nothing seems established on this) and Shilajit. Those 2 should help in the gym without raising DHT I might try Tongkat Ali as I already bought it but It's not sure as it raises DHT. If I take it it will be only on the 4 days I lift. I take 0,5mg of Fin everyday so it should mitigate the increase in DHT from the supplements (we're far from the increase that TRT could induce) but my hair is the priority so I won't take any unconsidered risks.
  7. Update guys, I've dropped Creatine, I won't take Tongkat but I found that Shilajit didn't raise DHT so I will use that I will also give a shot at Turkesterone without hoping too much
  8. I never looked deep into it but did you consider SMP? If you're under 35 with that hair and no medication it's probably a better route than the HT route
  9. 5 months 1/2 update It's starting to grow longer, I feel it's starting to really blend in and I might start clay or wax for the first time in the coming weeks I think for the 6 months mark I will have reach a result that I will consider "satisfying" already I will also update weekly now that most of the growth happened
  10. Won't TRT completely destroy the rest of the hair after your transplant?
  11. Here is a pic taken earlier this week somewhere between 5:30 pm and 7pm not far away from a window Always had a failry big forhead, usually have longer hair but my barber wanted to put everything at the same lenght Going to let it grow now
  12. Thanks for the input I used it but I wasn't taking fin and between my 22 & 25 my MPB progressed like you can expect when you are norwood 2 at 22/23 and I wouldn't put the responsibility of it on Creatine
  13. Didnt know him so I checked LMAO yes that's pretty awful, but with good SMP artist I saw very convincing results
  14. If I was him at that age I would've looked into SMP probably The fight to keep hair would be a really tough one
  15. Yeah when I made this post I was lacking behind the "ideal timeline" maybe even behind the normal timeline for post HT growth. But now I feel I have I have a normal growth for a little bit over 5 months
  16. 5 month + 10 days update Hair is getting a bit thicker, but it starts to be more & more complicated to see noticeable changes Still waiting for it to get much thicker and to blend it with the existing hair (as the feel and aspect is not yet the same)
  17. Yeah but even here if you put creatine in the search bar a lot of people will say in their HT story "creatine definitely made things worse"
  18. So a lot of people saying "creatine destroyed my hair" probably are looking back trying to find a justification for their hair loss?
  19. Just when you made me go deeper into my research and now I want to stop taking it haha
  20. haha that's a radical statement here, but if you're elite at lifting it makes sense. To me hair is too important so... Why did you consider the Tongkat you tried garbage? Nootropic Depot is a really solid brand, Nature's way don't know them
  21. Do you have experience with one of these? What's your feedback?
  22. Yeah the thing is that I like lifting and football (the US version) and raising T helps. Also high T is good for different aspects of life. Crushing your T could have dramatical effects. I would rather focus on limiting DHT
