    All that you have written wasn't necessary. Couto is and has always been my first choice, and I know his work for almost a decade when he performed 1 patient a day. His results speak for themselves. I don't think it's necessary to argue about that.

    He's more than 60 years old, and now he performs 2 patients a day with the help of his team. That's the reason why doctors who operate only 1 patient a day and are involved in the entire surgery, are so valued and desired.

    I couldn't agree more en NA. In Europe maybe Couto, Pinto, Lorenzo, Freitas, Feriduni, Bisanga, Lupanzula. The most affordable of them are Pinto and Freitas (around 3 euros or less).

    It look perfect in only 4-5 months (really 1.5 month of evolution). The best is yet to come in the next 6-8 months. I envy you.

    In the Spanish ones, he is highly recommended, together with Dr Juan Couto, Dr José Lorenzo, and Dr Rafael De Freitas, but he is more affordable (maybe because his clinic is in Portugal) and his overall results are simply amazing, and he is the only one who performs the whole surgery (drawing, shaving, anesthesia, extracting, and grafting). I love the work of those 4 doctors, and they are all considered among the best surgeons in the world.

    What other patients say in other forums is that Dr. Pinto makes a surgical planning for you with an estimated figure of grafts. If once in the clinic he needs less grafts for instance because the patient has improved with medication, he will return the money that is left over, and if he thinks he needs a slightly higher number, it is free (on his own).

    Totally agree. Dr Pinto's planning is the right one, and try to cover the crown and hairline in 1 surgery. I wouldn't want Dr Freitas' planning for me. Jenova's crown is too big to wait to be covered more than 2 years.

    I totally agree. I can't see a good work of high density at all, and I don't know why. I also see a lack of naturalness and grafts implanted in lines. It's not a disaster at all, but sadly, I can't see a good work. Did Dr Couto perform the implantation?

    The good news is that you are in the worst post-operative period (2 months), and therefore, from now on you will no longer look worse than now, and you will evolve little by little in the next months. Cheer up and good luck!

    I think that he doesn't recommend topical finasteride due to its low effect. In fact in Spain lmost no doctor recommends it. The most recommended medication and the one that is having the best effect is Oral Minoxidil.

    I had not seen this case.How super clean are Dr Bruno Pinto's operations, he is certainly one of a kind. It is understandable that he is the surgeon of the moment.Your recovery is incredible. It hardly looks like you've had surgery.Congratulations and good luck with your evolution.

    Koray has completely disappeared from the Spanish forums, and practically nobody considers operating with him. On the other hand, he continues to graft 5,000 grafts to almost all patients, when the rest of the doctors have reached the consensus that surgeries of more than 3,000-3,500 grafts should not be performed. In my opinion it doesn't make sense and results like this one are proof that the quality has dropped and why it has disappeared in Spanish forums for years.
