  1. I really think all 3 are top 10 world wide. Feriduni has an amazing aesthetic taste, he is metulicious af and a very heartwarming guy. Really like his hairlines. He does large fue cases and no fut anymore except corrections. He thinks there is no need. Hattingen is amazing with big sessions, and they are known for this, do fut for large sessions, do more fut than the other two. Hasson and Wong are the docs who literally shifted the needle of "whats possible". Transitioned more to fue last years but still do fut occasionally.
  2. The hairline doesn't look too bad! Joking. I see what you mean hair line looks pluggy. Temples look great though and donor looks like it can give more grafts in occipital area
  3. Safe zone is complicated I guess.. a nw 2 who will stay nw 2 can take hairs very high in the donor etc.. yes I totally agree. He gets very high numbers and would like to know how..
  4. Eugenix is great too, obviously great with beards. Good with temples and natural hairlines. Sometimes I think they go a bit overboard with their high norwood transformation attempts in very desperate cases. I think sometimes it is better to say no. Pitellas IG results are absolutely amazing. No doubt he is a great surgeon. I just dont get how he gets these super high fue numbers in one surgery (6000+) and no one seems to question how. Would be interesting to know how he sees the 'safe zone'.
  5. I think they are good at fue too. I think the approach they have is sort of that small procedures can go fue but large they do fut - unless patient is amazing fue candidate cause of very dense donor, thick hair etc. But their cutoff point is more or less 4000 grafts - from what I have seen.
  6. Feriduni for a great aesthetic sense. Hattingen for getting a lot of grafts. Bisanga for versality.
  7. Just general: Isn't it the opposite relation? Pretty sure the lower the hairline the more temple work needed as an industry rule of thumb.
  8. Hey Dude, Take a deep breath, you will be fine. Consult with a great smp Artist and pose all your questions. Try Paul Clark, Creative Scalps or Mens Ink Milano. They will sort you out!
  9. Low hairline: - Removing will create scarring - Time is your enemy in Terms of realism - higher graft count which has to be used everywhere else in future High hairline: - Can always lower it if you dont lose any hair in next 20 years - even if you progress into full blown nw 7 will look natural stand-alone - save grafts for future work
  10. Guys, Dude was a norwood 7 who improved his looks by a lot. He will mature into the hair line over his life, and it will look natural.. I would rather make hairline height compromises than just have hairs in the frontal third..
  11. Actually it turned out pretty well! Did dr give you guesstimate how many grafts left?
  12. In a way, I think your journey also shows the improvements of options balding people had over the years. Today, you can just shave it off and even though it's not for everyone, it is socially accepted. We also went from scalp reductions and plugs to follicular units and strip to fue and bht. Also we went from onion juice to Finasteride and Minoxidil and finally hair systems have come a long way and smp steadily improves in realism. Funny to think what happened in one balding men lifetime. Now, on to the next stages (looking at you Stemson)!
