• Norwood 7 grade of baldness - losing his hair with a hair loss history.

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT:

• In this gentleman's case, we initially decided to adopt a one-step approach to treat his baldness, classifiable as grade 7 in the Norwood scale. Partial coverage in the vertex area was given. 
• The surgery took place in May 2023, when we implanted 6,309 grafts by using DHT to restore the patient's Hairline.

SURGERIES DETAILS:

Needles and a CTS blade were utilized to create slits, while grafts were scored using a motorized punch. The extracted grafts were then loaded into SAVA implanters, which are blunt needle implanters. • On the 16th of February 2022, the surgical procedure was conducted wherein 2,005 grafts were implanted using Direct Hair Transplantation (DHT) to restore the patient's hairline and frontal scalp region.

SURGERIES DETAILS:

Slits were created using needles and a CTS blade, scoring of grafts is done by a motorized punch and the extracted grafts are loaded into SAVA implanters. The doctor chose not to implant in that area due to the presence of preexisting hairs, and the patient decided to take medication to improve that area. Additionally, the patient keeps their hairs long and combs in the same pattern. In the provided images, we have not used fiber or any hair product.
