  1. Finished 3 months and 6 days. Continuing with 1mg Fin daily along with Hair Fact cyclic program. Any thoughts/feedback on the progress including the sparse area?
  2. Hi Guys, I ride a push bike 1 hour everyday. Any ideas if wearing a helmet will impact the hair growth? Thanks
  3. I'm in to 3rd month of post op. I've started seeing 3-4 grey hair which were not there before for sure. It's really putting me off sometime.
  4. It depends on how much you are willing to pay but imo you will get good result whichever doctor you go for.
  5. One month update(29/01/2024): As of today 20% - 30% of these hair have now shed. Donor area has improved quite a bit.
  6. Hi All, I have been a silent reader of this forum, It's now my time to share my experience of HT with Eugenix to this platform. My journey started in February 2023. I started seeing thinning of my hair in the scalp and crown area since 2020. I decided to start researching the option of HT. In February 2023, I started talking to Eugenix, India. I also talked to some other clinics in India, but after seeing Eugenix's results, I decided to go with them. Pre-Surgery (Feb 2023–Dec 2023): I was on Fin 1mg initially every day but after two months I decided to switch to an alternate day. 1st day of surgery (December 29, 2023): I planned my journey from Australia to Mumbai, which is my hometown, from December 26, 2023, to January 20, 2024. I landed on the 26th, then took a rest of two days to get ready for my first day of HT. I was told about my reporting time for HT at the Mumbai clinic the previous night by their WhatsApp business account. I arrived at the clinic at 9 a.m. on December 29, 2023. I must say that the hospitality of Eugenix is second to none. They welcomed me and gave me one separate room for me, and the person accompanied me. The surgery went on until around 8 p.m. The only problem I had was sleeping at night, especially if you have your crown area transplanted. Dr Priya did the planning and slits. The Sr. Tech crew performed extraction and implantation. They did the frontal hairline, the temples, and half of the scalp. Surgery was smooth, apart from the little pain while giving anaesthesia, and that’s pretty obvious for the type of surgery I had. 2nd day of surgery (December 30, 2023): Reporting time was 8.30 a.m. The surgery finished at around 4 p.m. This time, they covered the remaining part of the scalp and crown. A total of 4518 grafts have been implanted. Dr was overlooking the surgery and the senior technician's work. Grafts Breakdown: Total Grafts: 4518 Scalp Donor: 4361 Beard Donor: 157 Coverage: Frontal Scalp: 2300 Right Temple: 149 Left Temple: 130 Mid Scalp: 500 Crown: 1439 Post-Op Medicine: I took medicine for 7 days, which was provided by Eugenix. Those were anti-inflammatory drugs and painkillers. I have been taking Fin 1mg every day and the Hair Fact Cyclic Kit since my first head wash. I wash my hair daily with the Dove daily shine shampoo. I am also taking my regular iron, thyroid, and B12 supplements on top of the fin and hair facts. Difficulties faced during the HT journey so far: 1. There was a little pain during anaesthesia, but it was endurable. 2. Sleeping with the neck pillow with not touching the crown. 3. Avoid going out for the initial 7 days. I am currently in the shedding phase. Every day, I notice hair being shed in the shower. Just waiting for shedding phase to over and start seeing positive growth. Wish me good luck! 😊 Cheers
