  1. 5mg is way way too much. My HT doctor with 16+ years of experience only prescribes 1.25 mg daily ( break the 5mg tablet into 4 pieces ) I have been taking 2.5mg daily(due to my hair loss progression) for the past 2 years with 0 side effects and also includes taking high stim pre workout gym supplements. No way would I take 5mg daily !
  2. For me it was just mainly thickening but it really depends on the level of hair loss you progression you are at
  3. I've been taking oral minoxidil for over 2 years (2.5mg) no side effects whatsoever and great results. My hair got much thicker.
  4. I just had the crown done with SMP , I have one more session to do. It has made a notable difference already. I would recommend it short them maybe? At some stage, I will get the crown filled in. I think its recommended that you wait until you're at least 35 years of age to do a transplant on the crown
  5. Really hope so, its just taking so long ! I thought by now everything would have cleared up. Its seems to be healing very slow. It was done in HSW, Dublin, Ireland
  6. I would be quite weary taking creatine, there has been studies and research shown that it can increase DHT. I've been training all of my life pretty much (Boxing and Bodybuilding) Every time I add in creatine.. at about week 3-4 I start to notice a lot more shedding so I just avoid it now. Weight Gainers / Protein etc is fine as long as they are creatine free.
