Just been looking through you initial photos to compare with the latest ones. The crown looks really full compared to your starting point. The front does still seem to lack some density, but that could still improve. Rather than combing your hair back, have you tried ruffling it up at a bit with a fingertip amount of hair gel?  That might give you a better look overall, as the hairs will gel together to make it look fuller.

Very true. More natural testosterone in the body means that it’s easier to gain muscle. More testosterone also affects hair loss, so the two can often go hand in hand. A muscular balding man isn’t automatically on steroids. It must really piss off the baldies who have put so much effort in at the gym, to automatically be accused of juicing up. 

Can’t wait to see how the crown turns out. If it’s half as good as the first HT it will still be amazing. 

Start taking Finasteride to stop any further hair loss. You can get it online fairly cheaply. Most surgeons worth their salt would make sure you were taking it before agreeing to a transplant.

Sounds like a great idea. With you being based in the US, maybe other members could visit some of the top clinics local to them and do the same for the series, under your instruction and guidance of course.

You should be able to order it online and try 1mg per day. The only side I’ve had from it is my semen has gone more watery. This doesn’t bother me as I’ve had a vasectomy 6 years ago, so not having any more kids anyway. 

For the amount of coverage you will need, maybe try Dr Bisanga or Dr Sethi at Eugenix. Both are world class. 

Why are you looking at only Turkish clinics?  Is it a cost issue or do you live in Turkey?
