@Troy31just compare results of them with higher grades of baldness...i guess eugenix & dr zarev are worth considering for high grade baldness cases... You will ofcourse need beard grafts as well and eugnix is a great choice for that..

@Henry max to max 2000 would be sufficient for a good hairline as well as to add a bit of density to the front ..still the actual number can only be judged by a physician who will examine you in personal..go for someone who has an experience in handling diffused pattern baldness cause while putting grafts in between your existing hair without damaging the existing grafts is tough..

But it is really helpful for the growth and preservation of grafts...so if your body dnt have any side effects if you take it than u shud take it lifetime ...so its all depends on ur body's adaptability and ur personal choice ... By the way grafts are dense packed in front upto mid scalp .. So i think you will get a vry good result ...and even if you need one more procedure aftr an year or more thn it may be to add some density on your lower half of your vertex and crown... And how about the fut scare and pain as of now? If you can than plz do upload your before surgery pics and the pics of surgery day or the day after so can see the grafts placement and ur donor and recipient area condition ..i wish you have a speedy recovery and successful result..😊 And will you consider to be on medication now?or you still dont wish to?

And yeh i forgot to mention one thing tht am on oral minoxidil and finasteride since long and i got a vry good result from that.

Its not that taking finasteride would kill you instantly ..its not a poison ...there may be a chance of side effects but you can try a small dose and see if the drug suits you and than carry on with it accordingly ...i am a pharmacy owner myself...even anti inflammatory drugs,antibiotics, life saving diabetes and cancer drugs and many drugs have their side effects so that doesnt mean you dont take medicine when u fall ill or have some health issues ...and shud not think that all the fda guys are dumb or corrupt...and even all the doctors who are recommending it are corrupt ...i myself is on finasteride since so long... There shud always be a measured approach to evrhthn....and there is a proper dosage for evry drug...so there should always be a balanced approach..its not either black or white in evrythng..

@GatsbyThanks mate...its just that my hairs are fine and thin and i got a big head so i guess i need to set my expectations according to that...and thts why planning not to lower my hairline and would rather use the grafts to fill in the vertex...wht do u say? I wud even request @Melvin- Moderator and other senior members and doctors on ths forum to express their views on this thing - should i go with good density high hairline as it is without lowering it and fill my full vertex along with that ...or should i lower my hairline and strengthen more of frontal scalp and a bit of vertex and keep the lower end of vertex and crown for next procedure ?

@Fairhair22 dont worry generally people start getting growth after 6 months and sometimes there are many slow growers who takes around 7-8 months to see some growth... And are you taking finasteride and minoxidil ?
