Maybe you didn't get the results you wanted, but it's still a pretty big difference, along with all the hair you still got... It looks like you have really really good hair. I got hair envy looking at your hair pics.
And keeping the donor a little longer hides all fue scars. It's what I do too.
Yea it’s not terrible by any means not everything grew

Burning (even minimal and not continuous) and redness of the scalp, thinning of the eyebrows, and also vertical streaks of the fingernails, these are some of the symptoms of LPP.
But I thought everyone nails have lines going upwards lol

I think I might have it then looking closely at my nails I have vertical streaks all over them and the vitiligo spot always “feels” different

I’m also starting to believe that I perhaps suffer from LPP but I’m not clear on what the symptoms are does anyone knows?

How many months post-op from the repair?
Hi Melvin I Haven’t gotten repaired yet should be sometime later this year in no rush the repair would be over 2 surgeries although I will push for one I’m thinking 1000 grafts would solve it maybe less

Thanks man!!
Get Eros at the Dublin airport. 👍
I added the international play with AT&T.... their customer service told me AT&T works in belgium. Hope it's true.
Hopefully or you’ll stuck in a gulag like me when I couldn’t show customs where I was staying 😂
-
Also all they speak is French but understand English my Spanish didn’t help one bit here lol restaurants close during our regular lunch time here in the states I was at a air b n b right next to the clinic

Wsp @Etownone I went for mine in 2022 I definitely recommend at the Dublin airport to get euros this will help when having to get a cab or buying something at a store, secondly and most importantly have the address where your staying at present at customs, lastly get a SIM card that allows your phone to work in Belgium there’s kiosks at the airport, Belgium is a very calm place skinny streets old buildings definitely different then the US very walkable bring a cap to wear once your transplant is complete

I’m glad your procedure went well wish I had more growth but I will say this the hairline and temples are always so natural you can’t even tell the temple points are a transplant 👌

Looks thinner the it was a month ago too

The result looks great you should try a bit of fibers to make the hair look less see through they work wonders for me

I’m happy to see the doctor standing by his work. I’m really rooting for you. You deserve an excellent result 🙏
Yes it shows me he’s a high character individual and is humble enough to see his work objectively and fix it if needed thanks Melvin!

I think the work produced from the first procedure looks about as natural as it can get. I understand the need to move forward, though. I would want to if I were in your shoes. I think the doctor’s plan is solid and I can’t wait to follow along in the coming years!
Congrats on your success so far! You’re an extremely valuable member of the community and deserve the best!
Thanks you sir very kind of you when I had my meeting with him I definitely praised the design of the hairline the density was the only caveat but I’m confident the next 2 operations will address it for good!
-
The meeting with the Dr went great, he agreed the density was below expectations and believes that we should take a 2 step approach to address the density issues by doing 2 separate 500-600 graft sessions this will reduce the inflammation and load on the body because one thing was I bleed a lot during my surgery he noted and that I have vitiligo which is auto immune but if we do 2 small sessions it should cause much inflammation one session will be done next year and the other 2025

I think that your results are very natural @Dillpickle123 and nobody would never know you had surgery. I think though less than 2k grafts was never going to address all of the areas. Again it's a good result. 👌
Thanks Gatsby nice hearing from you 👍 I did give them the freedom to pull as many grafts as they saw fit but I suppose they went more conservative or a mix of poor growth and low grafts for the area either way I don’t regret doing it

This must be obvious but there’s a big difference when my hair is longer up right now after cutting a couple inches off it looks super thin on the temples and wonder how many more grafts I will need to finally feel like I have a finished result 1900 grafts used and I feel like only half grew how many grafts do yall think I need to cover these temples?
