  1. Exactly this. If you have money to spend and want too give it a shot? Go for it. I have a thread you can look for if you want to see my results or lack there of. Maybe you will be the lucky one it works for? Exosomes certainly aren’t going to harm you as far as we know. Just don’t go into it expecting results.
  2. Was nothing more than a massive waist of money for me. You say it has worked for a massive amount of people according to Dorin? Where are these people? Dr. McGrath in Austin said the same to me and I bought it. Like Melvin suggested I’d look into other proven therapies.
  3. Melvin I know you had some fin sides issues as well. Have you been happy with that topical Minox combo you’ve been using? Minoxidil Max correct?
  4. Yes. It’s about an inch right now. I’ll let it keep growing and see if that helps! One slightly funny note is that the front third is now growing significantly faster and longer than my crappy miniaturizing hair in back half. So I may have to get a little creative ha. Trying to hold on to it as long as I can!
  5. Hey guys here is just over 7 month update. I switched to Dr. Hasson’s topical fin from Strut’s do to side effect issues. I know switching like that can cause sheds but I’m hopeful this helps. So far so good actually. As far as the transplant I haven’t noticed any improvement from 6 months yet.
  6. I have improved and happy at this point in process but I’m not ready to say it was a home run by any stretch. YET. I absolutely love the naturalness. Have not had a single person ask if I have had anything done. But I’d say there is no way 90% or so of the 2700 grafts have grown in. I’ve still got time for improvement though!
  7. Like others have said I understand what you are wanting but your hair really does look good. A lot of us would trade in a heartbeat! Take Dr. Konior advice.
  8. Doing well 👍. I’ll be at 7 months and update on the 11th. Real happy with the donor improvement. Haven’t noticed any improvements in recipient since my last update.
  9. Appreciate it. That’s a great question. Amazing how much lighting effects the way things look. Wanted to try and show that in the pics. As far as how I see myself, it is probably in the middle between the pics. I definitely need more growth in some area’s to be able to achieve that illusion of density and call it a good result 👍.
  10. Hey guys! Just a few days shy of a 6 month update. Had some time today to snap some photos with hair grown out. Had some definite improvement since my last update! I have some photos in natural lighting and under bathroom lights. Right now the left side of my hair line is significantly stronger and more dense than the right. I’ve always heard Melvin say slow and steady wind the race. Hopefully more to come over the next 6 months!
  11. I agree with you. Express your concern to Dr. Hasson. I’m sure they would be willing to do the front half first and re evaluate. I had 2700 FUE and have notable density decrease. Depending on your donor 4500 grafts could rock it pretty good. Although I will say the fue Donor’s I’ve seen on this site from H&W look phenomenal.
  12. Holy crap this has grown soon! Looks amazing man congrats! You are miles ahead of most in terms of growth. I just hit 5 months from around the same number of grafts and suddenly don’t feel to good about my growth at all after looking at this lol.
  13. Bro whatever you do, DON’T get a hair transplant. Unless you are okay with a transplant in the hairline and a hair piece behind it. You are a NW 7 with retrograde.
  14. I’ll see how everything looks at 6 months and e-mail SMG about it. I’m hopeful that it is shock and will recover. My hair was considerably thinner behind my ears before the surgery so hopefully it wasn’t over harvested.
  15. I just checked and your right on! Very similar to your 4 month photos. Appreciate the encouragement!
  16. Little bit over 4 months update. Long ways to go still. Will probably do next update at 6 months. Fingers crossed will be a different looking story at that point and things start to fill in! I also attached some pics of donor at around a 4 guard and I buzzed down to a half guard yesterday for the hell of it.
  17. Fantastic! I keep seeing your updates and hopefully get to share a similar feeling and results!
  18. Looking great! That most up to date pic especially 👍. Unbelievably natural looking.
  19. Looking great! Thanks for the write up. I’m currently four months post op from Dr. Shapiro and Joe. Love seeing this!
  20. Fin definitely can cause sleep problems and those suggesting otherwise are completely clueless. FYI I started a very low dose .1% topical that helped my insomnia I was experiencing from oral fin tremendously.
  21. Just a quick 3 month update. Nothing much to report yet. Have a little growth so that is encouraging 🙏. Donor still patchy especially behind the ears. Hopefully some shock and things start to get a little better as the months go by! I do like the donor shorter better than longer at this point! I definitely suffered from some shock all over my head!
  22. I’m almost 3 months out. Keep my sides at a 1 guard. No improvement yet!
  23. I was in same boat as you after my FUE! Came out full blown NW 6 afterwards.
