This patient is 6 months post op. He received 2300 grafts in his frontal third going back into his existing hair. Patient is doing well and his hair will continue to thicken up over the next 6 months.

We gave this patient a new hairline with 1834 grafts. He is 1 year post op and is doing very well.

Thanks RC. No, this patient didn't lose any hair, she just had a very high hairline that she wasn't happy with; so we brought it down a bit for her.

This patient is only 6 months post op and is growing very well. She received 2171 grafts to lower her hairline and we transplanted back into her existing hair.

This patient is 11 months post op. He received 2891 grafts in his hairline and frontal third.

This patient had 2595 grafts transplanted in his hairline and back throughout his frontal third into his existing hair. He is now 6 months post op and will continue to grow and thicken up in the next 6 months.

Are you talking about durasteride? If so that should work fine if you switched before your hair transplant. You never know, but some people do get some improvement on a new drug after they have plateaued on the other. It's worth a try. -
This patient had 2361 grafts in the frontal third and is 8 months post op.

This patient is 6 months post op with 2712 grafts transplanted in his hairline and go back into his existing hair.

This patient is 6 months post op with 2738 grafts. We placed a total of 1400 grafts in the frontal third (420 were single hair grafts) and the rest (1338grafts) were placed in the crown.

Ulko, No the patient doesn't have any type of cover up on her eyebrow. The transplanted hair covers the scar up nicely and it is now barely visible. Thanks for the great comments on this case.

We didn't take a picture of her scar at 6 months, but I will definitely post her scar when she comes in for her 1 year pictures.

The hair that we are using for an eyebrow is very fragile and not condusive to FUE. Also, the dots made from an FUE are much more unsitely on the back of her neck than a fine line scar that is on the border of her normal hairline. She can now wear her hair in a pony tail and not see any scarring on her neck. You would have been able to see the scar from the FUE.

This young girl had trauma to her eyebrow a few years ago that left a scar going right through her eyebrow. It caused a lot of emotional pain for her and she was always self conscious. We transplanted 88 grafts into her eyebrow 6 months ago and she is doing so great and feels so good with her result. We took the donor hair from her lower neck, just a small strip.

This patient has had 2 successful surgeries and is 1yr post second surgery. She received 2013 grafts with her first surgery and 1563 grafts with her second. Her results have been great.
