Tbh, i think Will Smith is going to get heavy flak for this. Chris Rock may have made a tasteless joke but his own wife has humiliated him publicly when she announced she cheated on him live on her own show. It sounds like she wears the pants and he felt obligated with the death stare she bore into his head because initially he did laugh.

No, a slap is sufficient enough. He was there to make a point. Not probably end up on an assault charge.

Yeh she most definitely wears the trousers. Some of their family interviews are so cringe but you can see she's the one in control and would drive him to such erratic reactions

It was staged. The slap looked staged. Wold have been a closed fist of it was real imo

I think it's just the cynical world we live in to just automatically assume it was staged. Not too surprising with how much fake BS there is in Hollywood, but that was 100% a real slap.

If he had punched him, no doubt they both would have been in much more trouble.

The slap wasn't staged imo but Chris Rock was professional about the whole thing in his recovery and took it well. I think he kinda knew he'd crossed a line after that slap.

Will Smith is not ever really the type of guy to go and slap somebody at the Oscars when he's due to get an award imo.

Yup. Not only that, but he rarely ever drops F-bombs. Thus you can tell how pissed he was.

Whether it was the right reaction or not...who knows. I guess none of us here will ever be defending our wives at the oscars, so who can truly say...

I like that he's open with using fibres and Finasteride but i kind of cringed hard knowing the implications he just made with Finasteride and ED though almost as a given if you take Finasteride. That's a big reason why people imo have such a stupid perception of Finasteride causing side affects that are permanent like ED and thus resulting in people not even trying the medication.

Fair point. Though, I'll be honest and say, with all the research i've done over the years, here and elsewhere, i'd say about 70% of fin-related comments seem negative, the remaining 30 saying they are ok with it...

That is purely anecdotal of course but, it certainly puts me off from making the leap on to it

  5. Seeing Eugenix take on such cases is just so encouraging for all those out there! Very excited to follow this case.

I do have a question though: with such a level of loss, is finasteride necessary in a case like this..? Surely there cannot be further loss if there is no native hair on top to begin with...? Especially if the donor zone is more DHT resistant..? Thanks

Kudos to him. Celebrities breaking the taboo of a hair transplant is a good thing.

Women can get elective cosmetic procedures all the time and the most common for a male, probably even more so a trickier one due to the amount of variables is frowned down upon even in such an image driven modern society. Like make your minds up, do you wanna roast people for balding or also roast them if they address the issues and put them in a no-win situation. Leading to the majority keeping quiet for fear of ridicule.

You hit the nail on the head, man.

Partly the reason i do such posts. The sooner more celebrities own up to getting their HTs, the faster it becomes normalised and takes away some of the stigma.

Doesn't look like much of a change, perhaps that's why no one suspected it or why he didn't say anything. It looks natural, which is a good thing.

Oh i see what you mean. I misunderstood. I thought you were saying he hadn't had one done...

Yes it does look very natural indeed

I totally disagree. IMO he had literally nothing on the mid-scalp in his earlier days...

Now he has way more in the mid-scalp, it is just fine blonde hair and high-up.

actually ....not sure if hes trolling or not but i was on a 2-3 month bulk phase eating caloric surplus, lifting heavy, creatine, whey , vitamins, supps you name it and while i added lbs/mass the hair also grew lol

I really don't think he's trolling. I think he is being self-deprecating while at the same time admitting to a HT.... i really don't think that amount of loss could just grow back haha

interesting that you had regrowth though, as i always heard that lifting and especially creatine was NOT good for hair growth...

Early days at only four weeks post op. Still I now have an idea of the framing of my face. A lot of shedding has already occurred all over. The beard grafts seem to be holding on the longest. The greatest joy already is the fact that I no longer wear caps. I have lost all self consciousness of any scars, SMP that might show, etc. It's an indescribable feeling being in public, etc, after all these years. In time I think the SMP will be an advantage and eventually I will dye all my hair the one color. But I'm just taking everything day by day. Time seems to be just flying so I'm not looking at three months from now, six months from now, etc. Even at only four weeks into my journey I look at my donor at one month of growth before surgery and I still can't believe from where I came from.

Glad it is all going well, Gatsby.

I just wanted to ask how you are getting on with your finasteride dose? I seem to remember you are on 0.5mg Monday, Wednesday and Friday, right?

Have you had any negative effects from that whatsoever...?
