  1. I had the exact and I mean exact issue. Same hairline. Same looking loss too. Did it ever get better?
  2. Came back here to say it’s getting worse and only the transplanted hairs. I read a few studies about recipient area influencing the hair. Some think that no matter what hairs u out in the temple area those hairs will thin as it’s not the hair but the location that affects the hair. Idk what do now.
  3. Okay good news. Hair is recovering. Turns out it wasn’t an iron thing. It’s bacteria. I have dedicated thousands of hours of my life. There is empirical proof that pathogens such as bacteria can actually accelerate or possibly trigger mpb. My dandruff issue is officially solved now after almost a decade of suffering. This has resulted in a dramatic drop in hairloss. Scalp pain gone. My scalp has never felt better after using an antiseptic all over my body and antifungal and finishing off within a zinc naicinamide topical. Let’s gooooo
  4. I think I figured out why I have a sudden severe hairloss. I think it’s due to the sudden asthma and sleep apnea induction I started experiencing past 2 to 3 months. I theorize it may be due to thiamine deficiency. I will update in two weeks.
  5. It could be some cycle shed too. We shall see. But new hairs should not be falling out in one year post op. Makes zero sense. Especially the ones from the back of the head
  6. Not suggesting that. Just saying this hairloss could be tellogen effluvium. But not likely considering people are saying here it happened to them and it didn’t recover. My dandruff is absolutely ridiculous starting to think this is the cause of why I keep losing the hair. Hairline itches like crazy lately
  7. Here is what I am noticing a lot of itching near the transplanted area and when I do a pull test only from the new hairs. The rest stay. It’s like the same thing happened I as an itch like crazy when their new hair grew in. But now it’s falling. ya the lighting makes a little of a difference it’s not as bad as it appears but it’s def less dense
  8. I will give it a month if I see some improvement. I’ll keep y’all updated. I think it’s possible the new hairs more sensitive to stress
  9. The fact you are experiencing the same thing and only like 2 years after transplant and u are on medication. Just makes zero sense. This must be some stress induced telegenic fall. I mean. How do we know how close those hairs were to finishing their anagen phase. Plus the transplant itself could’ve shortened their anagen phase.
  10. My diet and health is excellent. My only thing is I did start taking adderall recently and I also have flaking on any scalp and beard. I read this excerpt from a hair surgeons site I wonder if gatsby is right
  11. I am just shocked hair can just recede that fast in a year. I mean these hairs were from the back of my head. Even if they weren’t from the perfect donor zone. U would expect these to go way later before the hair on top of my head. I have never used rogaine or meds And I got it in turkey from a very reputable surgeon literally tons of the transplanted hairs fell off yet the hairline before it is still intact I did 1560 grafts
  12. So at 7-8 months my hairlines was impeccable. Like I was in love. Now at 13 months. My hairline has taken a big hit. All the transplanted hairs have like started to fall out or thin. Not sure which one. Why is this happening. Do people sometimes go through two tellogen effluvium stages? not on any meds btw.
  13. Here is the side thats a bit concerning me. I am hoping this is still great. At 3 months and 15 days
  14. Whats everyones thoughts on the progress so far? Very good? Average? Slightly below?
  15. But almost always the shockloss is temporary and the hair grow back from what i understand? I am currently 1 month out pretty sure i lost alot of native hairs in the middle area. Hoping they grow back. They were pretty thick
  16. Have any of you experienced shockloss in an area that was untouched. My crown thinned out dramatically after the procedure. It was not touched. Only my temples.
  17. So on the 20th i got a hair transplant. By the 2-3 week mark all the hairs fell out. today marks 1 month. Hairs are popping out sll over the recipient area. I was told it would he 3-4 months. Is this normal?
  18. Question did ur recipient area feel slightly raised for a while? Like a mild ridging and if so when did start to feel flush with ur scalp skin?
  19. So to add does this look safe? I am like 3 week post op right now it does feel raised. And looks rough
  20. Crazy ur 2 months is how my 2-3 week looks. And the redness is still there for me. first photo 1 week post op then 2 week then the whole scalp is 3 week Started streamlining my supplement stack and shampoos and did 4 sessions of hyperbaric oxyfen chamber at 2 ata your results looks to be following a great time line I am just shocked that mine at 2-3 weeks basically all fell out
  21. @Guano when did u start shedding after ur transplant. ? 1 week? 2 week?
  22. i have this exact thing except way way way way way more and i am on antibiotics so this being an infection doesnt make any sense
  23. Heres a photo a day before this. Notice the yellow around the follicles. Its present in both photos but one is worse.
