You need to wait ideally about 1.5 years before getting a second procedure and as others have mentioned 6 months is too early to fully gauge your progress

Epinephrine OD
Where does it say that? Can you provide a link please? Very sad

First, welcome to the community.
I suggest you use both finasteride and minoxidil consistently for at least 1 year to gauge your progress and hopefully at least stabilize your hair loss. I would then consider surgery and I suggest 3000 FUT grafts. You can get more grafts via doing a few sessions of FUT and then going for FUE.
Regarding scars...it depends on the patient characteristics with respect to wound healing, scalp laxity, and the skills of the surgeon. Some surgeons, such as @Dr Blake Bloxham have FUT scars that are basically invisible.
As always, feel free to reach out anytime

Dr. Diep and Dr. Mohebi are great. Are you in California? They were both trained by Dr. William Rassman, who has trained excellent surgeons

That's a great question...the epinephrine is used to prevent the anesthetic from going where it's not supposed to go by constricting blood vessels and also lowers bleeding too. I bet @DrTBarghouthiwould know the answer

If you're in NYC, you definitely need to consult with Dr. Robert Dorin. He's highly recommended on here and is an Elite Coalition member. Feel free to reach out anytime buddy.

I don't think you need a hair transplant based on the photos you've shared. PRP has worked well for you

Dr. Dorin is an awesome surgeon and an even better guy. One of the most ethical people you'll meet and I agree, he has his patient's interest at heart. Please keep us posted and happy growing.

Yes, I'll message you privately.

Agreed. You've got enough hair loss to warrant a hair transplant. What's your age? Are you on finasteride and minoxidil? Where are you located?

Looks completely normal

Welcome to the forum buddy! You definitely don't need a hair transplant right now. You've got great hair

Can you use topical finasteride? You can definitely get an unshaven FUE, but it will be a lot more difficult and demanding and consequently more expensive than shaven FUE.

I have personally never heard of this doctor. I would steer clear of the ARTAS machine and would only recommend manual extraction. Here is a list of recommended surgeons:

I would choose @Dr Blake Bloxhamin a heartbeat. His FUT work is impeccable and the donor area scar is virtually nonexistent. Very clean and refined work and he is extremely nice and ethical. Please share your journey with the community and reach out anytime.

You made a great choice going with @Dr Blake Bloxham. Please share your journey with us.

You can obviously do multiple procedures and most patients require multiple procedures to get to where they want. You should wait at least 1 year between procedures. I personally recommend 1.5 years. It's best to get procedures done by a well qualified and well reviewed surgeon since you have a finite amount of grafts and want to get great results from the get go. Please feel free to reach out anytime.

@JohnAC71makes great points. Are you strictly looking in the GTA or are you willing to travel? Here is a list of recommended surgeons:

Does Dr Yaman perform the surgery by himself?

Most surgeons only do the incision step. Some do the incision and FUE extractions and implantation. Naturally, those surgeons charge more
