  1. That’s fine mate I’m going to be 32 in a couple of weeks and agree the age difference plays a part in how aggressive someone may hope to have their hairline 😊
  2. Thanks man, appreciate the feedback. I know you’ve been following my journey 😊 I agree the new hairstyle and hair length helps. I’ve literally had the top cut once and that was just the ends.
  3. Thank you guys for all the feedback and comments, I really do appreciate it. Just regarding the comment about the design of my hairline, Dr Erdogan designed it completely himself. He gave me two options. The first option was 4000 grafts and a kind of half circle line. The second option for 5000 grafts was more of a v-shape design I would say and included the hairline being slightly lower and also the inclusion of side temples. I’m personally over the moon with the progress so far especially when I consider how bad my hair looked prior to the HT, but appreciate if the hairline may not be to everyone’s liking or preference. I’ve attached some photos 9 months apart and in my opinion there’s been a huge positive change all thanks to the clinic.
  4. 9 months with a haircut I had a haircut this morning with a different barber and he styled my hair a little different using the hairdryer and brush to gain more volume. I think it’s really maximised the transplant. This is the best my hairs ever looked I think and never thought I would be able to achieve this style with my level of hair loss and hair thickness The donor has a pretty high skin fade.
  5. Thanks Cosmo, I’ve been so happy with the progress. I get my haircut a maximum every 2 weeks on the back and sides but glad I can get away with having a zero and then faded up into a 1.5.
  6. Haha this has made my day! Cheers for the kind words. You could say that, I’ve got more options then I’ve ever had in my whole entire life. I’ve even noticed the hot women at my work became a lot more friendly and chattier to me at the 6 month mark when I could style my hair
  7. Thank you mate, the HT has had a major positive impact on my life in so many aspects. And the doctor done a brilliant job with me I think.
  8. Good luck buddy, hope you end up happy. I’ll keep an eye out for your progress. I personally found that between months 4-6 things really started to happen
  9. Month 9 Today marks month 9 of my journey. I’ve uploaded some photos of my hair wet and unstyled too. Because my hair isn’t thick it naturally lays pretty flat but I think exposing the hairline and pushing the front up makes my hair look thicker then what it actually is. Any feedback appreciated as always.
  10. Thank you mate, appreciate the comment 😊 Tomorrow I reach month 9 and here are a couple of photos at work. The last photo was from 2 weeks ago but I’ll try and get some new photos this weekend.
  11. Thanks Melvin, this forum has played a huge role personally in discovering and learning what options and clinics are available across the world. If I didn’t come across this site I’m 99% sure I would of gone ahead and had a transplant in the UK and potentially wouldn’t have received the results I’ve got thankfully.
  12. Thanks mate, it’s fine. I’ve taken on board all the comments and advice except the Fin talk 👍🏻
  13. Thank you mate, appreciate your feedback. Amazing what a hairline can do for your confidence and self esteem. Best money I’ve ever spent 😊
  14. Thanks buddy appreciate the comment. The doctor said I had 7900 grafts available prior to surgery so 2900 grafts left. I did have a small amount of grafts placed in the crown in my first procedure and hopefully Fin can help retain my native hair to delay a 2nd procedure later down the road.
  15. I do get what you’re saying but I’m not going to take any notice I have no idea why it bothers you so much that I take the medication
  16. I’m well aware of the side effects. For me personally I have no reason to stop the medication at the moment. Of course if I started experiencing sides I would re-think.
  17. Cheers mate I’ve been on 0.5mg of fin for 10 months now and still alive and still getting/keeping it up
  18. 8 months and 1 week Time seems to be flying at the moment. There is still one part of the hairline or frontal third I hope to see a little improvement but can be hidden when styled. Photos are under bathroom lighting.
  19. Cheers Melvin appreciate the feedback. Happy birthday too 😊
  20. These photos are taken at 7.5 months. Still thrilled with the progress of my hair transplant. I’ve dropped the fibres unless I’m going out for a special occasion as they wasn’t really doing much to improve it. When I do apply a little fibre i avoid the hairline to make it look natural. I find styling and using a brush in the hairline makes the overall look stronger and denser. It’s maybe hard to tell from the photos but one side temple is still stronger then the other. 3 photos from outside and one photo from inside. Any thoughts appreciated.
