  1. Interesting topic. Some of these guys have had great results. I tried researching Berbatov’s surgeon years ago but could never find anything online. Another one to add is Raul Meireles.
  2. Good luck hope it goes well, look forward to seeing your thread.
  3. Nice mate look forward to that. Have you decided who to go with yet?
  4. Cheers John, where I used to have the whole donor area more or less shaved I was impressed at how it looks slightly longer and grown out. Have you created a thread for any of your HT’s? I’ve just tried looking but be cool to see if you did?
  5. Just a quick one, I’ve started to grow the top half of my donor out slightly. I got a haircut today and this is my donor 21 months on from just over 5,000 grafts.
  6. If I didn’t stumble across this great forum, I’m 99% sure I would have got a procedure locally within the UK, and not with a surgeon who was recommended on here at the time.
  7. Looks great Michael already and you’re not even halfway! Side temples look nice and natural too 😊
  8. I feel it looks just as good in person. Have you created your own thread? Be good to see your progress. For me personally I found the first 4 months pretty tough, but between months 4-6 a lot happened and by month 10 I switched barbers and he changed the style which was the icing on the cake for me. Hang on in there, it will be well worth it and I’m sure your be happy before your final result.
  9. Thanks mate, just the 1 surgery so far. I’ll see what the future holds but I’m sure there be a second one down the road at some point. Appreciate the compliment, I take 1mg Finasteride daily. Also take MSM, aloe Vera juice and a hair multivitamin every day too. @Sean I hope you can resolve your situation and be happy with your hair soon.
  10. My experience with the surgeon and clinic was amazing. I recently reached my final result and couldn’t be happier. My hair loss was more extensive then yours and you’ve also got better hair characteristics then me. I did create a thread:
  11. Looks fantastic already, you must be delighted. I actually prefer your latest photos with the hairline exposed and pushed up. Makes your hair look thicker 😊
  12. Yes he did, assisted by techs and worked wonders with my hair. All I’m saying in the nicest possible way if your going to slate a clinic that’s fine, but making out most patients don’t get to see him is nonsense. I don’t need to see your copy and paste threads thank you, as I spent nearly a week at the clinic last year so know how things work. Just because you don’t like a clinic doesn’t mean you can spread false and misleading information.
  13. You know exactly his involvement In surgery, it’s been documented more then enough times and you love to jump on any negative Asmed thread here. Read my last post again as I’ve mentioned the doctors input in my own surgery. Fair enough you love to attack this clinic but sorry this statement is totally unfair and completely fabricated. How can ‘most of his patients don’t get to see him’ when his doing their consultation, hairline design and incisions?
  14. Totally false and untrue, I see Dr Erdogan on numerous occasions when I visited the clinic. Not only for consultations, hairline drawings, incisions, and other stages of surgery but even 06:45am in the morning he had breakfast with the patients and I got to ask him a few questions. Even in the evenings he was in the patient area, when there was entertainment provided for the patients.
  15. Interesting answers guys. Thank you for your feedback. Would be cool to see some before and after photos if anyone is willing to share 😊
  16. Oh really, yeah Zara is decent, the polo top I’m wearing in the photo attached to this thread is Zara. Melvin you should check out father and sons clothing. You’ve got the guns to pull off there fitted clothes!
  17. 😂😂 I thought you mean’t underwear at first Melvin! Do you guys have Next or River Island in the US? I have really skinny legs so have to be careful not to get jeans too tight but certainly after my hair transplant been more adventurous with pants. I always used to play it safe with navy jeans before my hair transplant typically.
  18. Good luck mate and happy growing. Your new hairline looks really good. I’ll keep an eye out for your thread 😊
  19. It’s surprising how being or going bald can impact negatively so many aspects of your life. Good points John and totally understand why it impacts even on basic hobbies like swimming and gym. I’m nearly 33 now, but went through my whole 20’s not putting my head under water on holiday as was too scared for people to see the harsh reality of my hair loss. Sounds very sad but even after a shower I would walk as quickly as I could between the bathroom and spare room, to avoid girlfriends seeing my hair wet before I could dry it and disguise it!
  20. Good points Melvin. I really enjoy seeing people’s great results and positive transformation too. Could not agree more, feeling good about yourself is priceless. Every now and again I look at old photos to remind myself what I actually used to look like. Photo on the left I’m being kind as could look worse then that 😂
  21. After reaching my final result I thought it would be good to get the communities thoughts on how your life changed after hair transplantation. For me and I’m sure for lots of other guys on here, the positive effects from getting a hair transplant go way beyond just the physical appearance of your new hair. What’s been some of the biggest positive change you’ve seen? From my own experience getting a hair transplant has indirectly had a positive effect on many aspects of my life from confidence, self esteem and motivation, fitness and diet, dating, fashion and being more adventurous with clothes I didn’t think suited me before hand. Those are a few from the top of my head but would be nice to get people’s thoughts and opinions on this.
  22. Thanks for the video Melvin and wow what a result. Really pleased for @Zoomster Looks incredible
  23. Really pleased for you. Huge improvement especially when I see your 5th photo from your before photos. Thanks for the detailed update 😊
  24. Hi mate, I’ve attached a photo of the products I use. I dry my hair but using the brushes to brush my hair back while using the hairdryer to follow through. Then just a small amount of wax and apply hairspray last. I did experiment with fibres but when I changed to a pushed back style haircut, (pompadour) I found the fibres made my hair look unnatural. Never tried derm match. The photo from my original post is under the sunlight but indoors the hair looks solid.
  25. Thank you guys for all the kind feedback and words, honestly means a lot. That was a nice touch by the clinic and so grateful I went there as they’ve changed my life forever now. Even to this day they’ve kept in contact with me, but more importantly given me a result which I’m thrilled with. I can’t speak highly enough about them. Touch back on a question but the doctor designs the hairline and does the incisions. Techs do the rest and I know some people literally crucify this clinic but they have lots of fantastic results.
