In the other hand i still have hair and im still losing hair , in addittion im very afraid from the process (pain, side effects ,etc.)
Im a gym trainer so i cant let myself losing alot of trainings.
i dont know if to take H.T now or to delay it to the future.
Ive added pictures , and i d like to hear your honest opinion if younwould take H.T in my condittion.
*Another question, what are the risks that i should take in account?
* If im decsiding to go for it i would be happy for Recommendations to H.T clinics in europe( and how many graffts will i need) , because they are alot of clinics alot of money differences and im ao confused.
Tnx alot.
Your hairstyle looks kinda cool. It doesn't look bad at all. Also, sometimes it looks good on people. You can choose to go for a hair transplant surgery if it bothers you a lot. But what you need more is the prevention of any further progression of Androgenetic Alopecia.
also, if you do go for the transplant, the you will require only around 7 days maximum for the post op healing and getting back to the gym.
Your crown will improve tremendously with the use of medications. The hairline zone require about 1200 to 1500 grafts maximum depending on your hairline choice. The rest of the frontal zone and the mid scalp will also become great with the use of finasteride.
Provided you are okay taking finasteride. But nonetheless, your head reminds me of young Bruce Willis. Looks good for now. And it can only improve if you want to. Cheers!!!

It is pretty obvious that he went for the Premium package.

Normally a tourist visa would suffice but under the current circumstances a medical visa is mandatory.

Hi everyone,
I would like to introduce my situation shortly - I'd highly appreciate any kind of feedback.
Age: 27
NW: 2,5-3
Family history: my maternal grandfather was NW5-6; besides him no one in my family experienced noticeable hairloss
Rate of hairloss: moderate, probably not fully stoppet at this point; started when I was about 18 years old
Medicine: Fin (1mg/eod since 1 month), Minoxidil (daily since 6 years), KET-Shampoo (2-3x weekly)
Recommended Grafts: 1800-2200
I'll post pictures of my current hair status below. So what I would like to know is the following:1) Is it rational to tackle a HT next year? While most of the clinics I contacted didn't advised me against and recommended a HT since I started Fin. There were one famous which advised me to wait longer because the risk of further receding of my hairline which could result in a 2nd and 3rd (...) HT in the future.
2) I experience some kind of more shedding atm. I use a higher amount of Minox than before and as written above I just started Fin - could that explain a increase in shedding?
Thank you and have a good one!
You can go for the frontal zone reconstruction. And finasteride can help retain the pre existing hair.
You can go for the hairline reconstruction if it bothers you a lot. If it doesn't bother you the you can forego the transplant.- 2

You might start shedding phase anytime now. You must be prepared for it.

Great presentation, Dr. Sethi is an artist, it takes artistry to recreate temples.

We don't talk about temples enough here. I knew it was a complicated procedure but it's excellent seeing Eugenix dive into it with this video. Thanks for posting!
Thank you

Apologies, I checked with the consulate. A medical visa is the requirement under the current circumstances.

Chest hair will have very low survival rates. You can also forego another procedure. It looka fine according to me. Finasteride intake could help further.

No problem. I would definitely look at contacting Eugenix with your hair loss situation. They have a solid history of turning out consistently great work (especially in the high Norwood 6/7 range). They will tell you to start with Finasteride but will give you the best advice. I personally wouldn't consider anyone else in India. All the best and let us know how you go.
Thank 💗you for your recommendation sir.

Hairline and temples are done later than the other areas because it requires singles. In the end, the multiple follicle grafts are separated into singles or singles are carefully extracted from the nape of the neck. Hence, the mid scalp and crown are done first.

You don't necessarily need a medical visa. You can also come in a tourist visa.

Update:
I wont bore you guys by mentioning each step of the procedure. Will mention few important points.
The Slits were Done By Dr.PradeepThe extractions was done by Dr.Arika.
The placements were majorly done by there Staff. Apart from a few important difficult areas.
Out of 2800 grafts which were originally decided , Around 2400 grafts were planted today and the rest would be done tomorrow, the procedure was a bit slow as supposedly my skin is a little loose.
Apart from that everything else was great. Good Team.
See you guys tomorrow with pre and post Op pictures and a few of my details.
Amazing.

Baldness and hairfall cycle are two very different things.
Hair fall cycle:
Anagen: when new hair grow from the roots. It lasts approximately 10 to 12 months.
Catagen: The mature hair stays stagnant for a couple of weeks.
Telogen: The mature hair falls off and stays dormant for a couple of months.
The hair cycle can have varied time periods for different individuals.
Telogen phase is never permanent for anyone.
Baldness is the miniaturization of hair follicles and their eventual disappearance along with the roots.
You have some good hair follicles that can be revived with the use of finasteride. For the extremely miniaturized hair, they will not be revived with medications.
The hair in the telogen phase will come back.

Hello all,
Just wanted to get some feedback on how my recovery is going/looking from people that have had FUE transplant already.
I had 3500 grafts done 4 weeks ago in Turkey with Longevita.
Donor areas are growing much faster than the transplanted areas. I have a lot of acne on my donor areas and itching, transplanted areas don't itch but re starting to get some spots to.
Any advice or feedback on my recovery so far would be appreciated.
I have just purchased Regaine Monixidil 5% foam, and looking to start using that in next day or two.
Looks usual. No worries at all.

Hi all.
First time poster on the forum, been keeping tabs on the forum for a few months and thought it’s time to get feedback from others on what to do about my hair loss.
Im currently 27 years old and have been dealing with hair loss since around 23/24. It first started with my hairline receding but over the past year I’ve noticed thinning in the crown and thinning all through out the scalp. Thinning throughout the scalp and crown isn’t obvious to the ‘standard’ person and you’d only really be able to tell if you knew what to look out for.
Initially I tried using minoxidil but didn’t do anything for me and I also tried using finasteride but got side effects from it. I tried a low dosage of finasteride every other day but still got sides. I want to get a hair transplant done but appreciate the fact my hair loss won’t stop.
I really don’t know what to do about it and what I’ve read is to wait for hair loss to stabilise and then get a transplant but I feel like I’m wasting my best years and the hair loss is really taking it’s toll on me.
I’m struggling to work out what the best way to proceed would be and would welcome any kind of feedback.
Attached are photos of my hair loss and donor area.
Sorry for the long post. Big thanks in advanced.
Topical finasteride can help slow down baldness.
Eugenix - why do I need a medical visa?

The CORONA virus situation has left a huge void in the global movement. We miss having our patients come in for the procedures. But thankfully, now the travels are resuming. Lets hope they also have proper care and realistic documentation requirements for all. We have had a couple of patients from the US in the last month. They faced no issues while arriving or exiting the country.
