Hi all dear forum members,
I have a question for all of you which will probably be followed up later
Did anybody here have had treatment by them? what were your results? if you can write- share that would be great
Did anybody have any interactions with the team, your experience , opinion overall , regarding h. transplant just to be clear
I'm very new here , so this question is for the experienced ,veterans and for everybody actually, the more knowledge the better
thank you very much
hope to hear from you all

Probably because I was wearing a cap before I took the pictures..
The transplanted hair seem to be growing in different directions because they have just sprouted. The same is similar in most cases, even mine. It is nothing to worry about. They are absolutely fine.

I have been on Minoxidil foam for 3 weeks, and will start Finasteride (1mg per day) on Aug. 13th. I don't see my Dermatologist until Aug. 25th, so I'm unsure on the best starting dose. I've researched the topic, and it seems that 1mg is a nice starting point, but also like the hype surrounding the 0.25 per day to minimize the sides - would like your input on that.
I was literally clicks away from adding my deposit with Eugenix for a September transplant, when I read an incredible thread here regarding the regrowth of hair on the "big 3", and more. I realized I hadn't even given that a solid go, and wonder if I should at least try and bring down my quoted graft count from Eugenix.
I look forward to your advice.
My routine will be:
MEDS
Finasteride: 1mg per day (after more research, Dr. and forum member advice)
Minoxidil foam: every morning and night accept for Dermapen days.
VITAMINS
Nutrafol: everyday (expensive, but held in high regard)
Collagen: everyday
Hyaluronic Acid: everyday
SHAMPOOS/CONDITIONERS
Nizoral: twice per week
Bellisso Biotin Shampoo&Conditioner: everyday (except Nizoral days)
OTHER
Dermapen: Saturday night (7pm) at this stage. 1.5mil needle length.
Good decision. You should take medications for a year and observe the results. You can go for the transplant if you feel it is required after that.

Dr Arika Bansal does not have a personal profile here. However, I shall be representing Eugenix and Dr Arika Bansal's views and sharing them with you.
The doctor is of the opinion that the hairline does seem sparse. She believes that a little bit of work on the hairline zone would further enhance and densify the region. If you are dissatisfied with the hairline zone then we can definitely go ahead and get the additional procedure done.

We have taken single grafts from the nape of the neck and hence, they might have miniaturized over time. The rest of the scalp looks dense. The hairline looks a little sparse. You will require around 300 grafts in the hairline region.- 1

Hello all,
I just wanted to show how my hair is after almost 4 years of hair transplantation. It has been just improving along the way and I couldn't have desired for a better hair on my head. Also, I've coloured my hair... AGAIN!
Hope it helps to see that the transplanted hair do stay for a longer period of time. I do still take Finasteride and hair specific multivitamins. I swear by vitamin E. And also an elixir made by the Gods (kidding).
Here are some pictures for you all to view.

The frontal region has got some solid growth. Midscalp and crown is still very sparse.
I feel that shock loss in the donor region has improved slightly.
I'm out on vacation. Will post pictures in a couple of days.
Hope you are taking Finasteride. Please do share your pictures soon. We are excited to see the progress so far.

Month 10 update
First of all thanks to everyone for following up my progress and I may not have replied to each one of your comments. So my apologies as have been a little busy with life.
I have nothing really to report. No new growth and only the existing hair are thickening.
Left temple is still the same ( patchy) and mid front still looks pretty see through. I am afraid there wont be any new growth I suppose.
I am pretty convinced that a touch up will be needed.
I will take some pictures and add in the next few days.
Thanks and stay safe !!
Please do share some pictures also.

This patient came to Dr. Arocha because he wanted a facial hair transplant in his beard and mustache. He didn’t have much growth in his mustache, and his beard was patchy and bare in some areas. Dr. Arocha did an FUE beard hair transplant. The after images were taken 14 months after his procedure, and the final result is "as natural as nature itself."

The transplanted hair should shed off until the 4th to 6th month usually.
The regrowth starts after that. however, it is not unusual for the shedding phase to not occur at all or be prolonged even after 6 months. Nothing to worry about. -
You can come over to Eugenix in India for the procedure if it is viable for you. We have excelled in repair jobs and and we would be able to give you a great repair job.

Hi everyone,
I would like to introduce my situation shortly - I'd highly appreciate any kind of feedback.
Age: 27
NW: 2,5-3
Family history: my maternal grandfather was NW5-6; besides him no one in my family experienced noticeable hairloss
Rate of hairloss: moderate, probably not fully stoppet at this point; started when I was about 18 years old
Medicine: Fin (1mg/eod since 1 month), Minoxidil (daily since 6 years), KET-Shampoo (2-3x weekly)
Recommended Grafts: 1800-2200
I'll post pictures of my current hair status below. So what I would like to know is the following:1) Is it rational to tackle a HT next year? While most of the clinics I contacted didn't advised me against and recommended a HT since I started Fin. There were one famous which advised me to wait longer because the risk of further receding of my hairline which could result in a 2nd and 3rd (...) HT in the future.
2) I experience some kind of more shedding atm. I use a higher amount of Minox than before and as written above I just started Fin - could that explain a increase in shedding?
Thank you and have a good one!
2000 to 2500 grafts for the frontal zone reconstruction.
Finasteride for the preservation of the pre-existing hair and for the prolonging the progression of baldness.
Age is okay. I got mine done when I was 27 years old.- 1

Hey there, here are some pics.
For reference, I cut my hair with clippers that had a 2 inch guard on them. every hair on my head is 2 inches long except the short grafts that dont seem to be growing longer.
As you can see the hair on my left temple (pics 1 and 2) are a mixture of short hairs and my right temple (pic 3) are again the short hairs but the very front ones have grown.
I know the density is not great but it was obvious immediately post op that even if I had a great graft survival rate, it would still be thin. I do believe that all the grafts or close to have grown, it's just the short ones that I need help with.
Many thanks
You can get the grafts extracted using a fine punch. That way there will be no scarring.

Beard hairs are usually thicker than scalp hair but are only single hair grafts.
Thats not the reason for the sparseness in the visuals. The reason for the sparseness is the coarse nature of the beard grafts and the nature of the beard grafts to move away from each other rather than sticking to each other like scalp hair.
-
Beard grafts do tend to provide lesser density visually than scalp grafts.

You don't have a conventional requirement for a hair transplant. But you can definitely go for a hairline enhancement if it would make you happier. If I had a face like that I'd walk all over people and not care about anything in the world.

Oh wow... Its coming up great... See so many beard transplants, I'm motivated to get one too...

Why don't you take the Comprehensive package with us? It will cost you Rs. 75 per graft plus 18% GST. Also, you can get a 20% off for 3 months advance booking.
Let me tell y'all that the results are the same in all the packages. Its just the level of involvement of the Senior doctors that make the prices higher.
Please don't go for clinics with prices that are too good to be true because they probably aren't true. Its better to remain bald rather than to have a botched job or depleted donor.
