Hair looks great for mid 40s. I wouldn’t touch HT. Save your money. Most normal folks who aren’t obsessed with hairloss wouldn’t even notice your thin spots.
We all now its about what we see not what others see. While I have responded well what I've been doing as a whole, it can still be improved upon.

Sup folks. So been very busy with work and life but I wanted to give an uodate. In Aruba at the moment and the lighting in. Bathroom isnt great. I am 7 months in as if the 26th of Arpil.
You'll notice one crown photo looking thinner than others. I really leaned into the light.
I've been seeing smaller hairs falling out my only hope is they are making way for larger hairs.
Frontal still showing signs of new hairs.
Crown is eh. Still using fibers which I dislike. Almost impossible to get perfect color and really hard to do with out folding mirror which hotels never have. It doesnt look great but if no one us directly behind you they wont notice.
Ket me know thoughts. Hoping to get an HT to close up the gaps next year.
No product in hair just blow dried .

Something to consider. If you go FUT you will see more hairs survive and also possibly be able to get more hairs for both at once. FUE has a smaller yield of survival and from what Ive seen on this site some doctors recommend only 2500 grafts a session (donar dependent you might get more or less) but others do mega sessions, so there are options. I also see many members post some surgeons are better for FUE and some for FUT so do a little research for yourself.

Hi Shifty, i am very happy for your story, the results are fantastic, i was on fin for 8 months and didnt get those results, some respond some dont, but more importantly, the side and ball ache was too much for me to put up with, i will stick with RU58841 mixed with minoxidil, derma rollar and nizoral 2% for 6 months and see how i go. I also take biotin. I derma roller every day for the minoxidil, due think this is needed, or would you recommend putting it on after showering?
I only derma Mondays and Thursdays and I do not use minox on those nights

Glad my post helped. I use 1.5 for 2 days a week as noted in the regime in my post.
As an * I also blast my head with extremely cold water 1-2 times a week as well. I will let you all do your own research in that. =)

Patients bring up diet as a potential cause of their hair loss very frequently during consultations. Some even tell me they are "kicking themselves" because they know the poor diet caused the hair loss. As Bill noted, this is very much not the case.
In the end, classic genetic patterned hair loss is just that: genetic. It is written in your DNA. It is like your eye color, height, or anything else like that. If I told you that switching to a vegan diet would change your eye color from blue to brown, would you believe me? Of course not! Physical traits like this are genetically pre-determined before you are even born, and there is very little we can typically do to change them.
Things like excessive stress, very poor diet (IE "crashing dieting"), may slightly exacerbate inevitable hair loss or unmask it a little, but it was going to reach the same conclusion pretty much regardless of what you did; it is written in your genetic code and your genes will win out in the end.
Now, this does not mean that you shouldn't eat healthy for other reasons, but I just would not expect it to do much for your hair.
This is like telling someone that has an autoimmune disease to eat whatever they want it wont change things because they inherited it. Bad advice imo. Is it I inherited? Yes. It is NOTHING like eye color. Proper diet can CHANGE YOUR WORLD. I am not saying a completely bald person can regrow hair by eating correctly. I am saying that if you feel it's in your Gene's you can slow it down if not stop it from happening by putting the right things in your body. Doctors are not there to tell you these things IMO they are there to prescribe meds and perform surgery. That's how they make money.

I firmly believe what you eat/drink has a direct result on what happens internally and externally to your body. hair included. I would not go so far as saying vegan will cure hair loss though thats silly.
if you are looking to improve any part of your physical appearance, hair included, diet has to be high on the list.

Thanks I appreciate the sentiment!
The roller I do 3 passes of 10 rolls each in a different direction. I only do where I feel the real problems are. It doesn't feel great as you'd imagine lol

Sr Sports biotin with coconut oil 5000mg (1 in morning 1 at night) https://amzn.to/2FjoiD6
Viviscal Professional (1 in morning 1 at night) https://www.viviscal.com
I just recently started to use this again https://www.viviscal.com/viviscal-conditioner/?utm_source=Google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=viviscal%20conditioner&utm_content=Brand&utm_campaign=VIVSEMM0119US&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIyv-X0sKl4QIVmo-zCh3meQzmEAAYASAAEgKQhPD_BwE
I also did this February and I am doing it again now. I firmly believe cleansing helps the body work at an optimal level. Helps things like Finesteride do it job efficiently. You will also lose a nice amount of weight if done properly.

This is amazing. I'm definitely showing this to a friend of mine who's been battling hair loss but isn't ready/suited for a hair transplant at the moment. Congrats on the incredible progress.
Thanks fairly grateful for the results and information ive learned on this page. If i were in someone else's shoes I would do exactly what I am doing, verbatim. Ill post my exact process again tomorrow

looking good bro. pretty amazing. i hope mine starts to kick it up a notch again to where I was. hoping you hold strong with what you’ve gained
Thanks man, you and me both! lol The small hairs, as I've noted, are concerning. I am hoping its just new growth making way for thicker hairs.

6 months. I am still seeing hairs sprouting and growing in the frontal hair line. Very happy where I am atm, hoping for more growth over the next 6 months.
The below pictures are taken in the brightest light to really show whats going on. Darker light hair looks fantastic.
The crown has me concerned as I am seeing small hairs fall out. it is not a ton maybe 10-15 hairs in the morning but they are small.
Anyone have any incite here in regards to this?
Top. hair is very full all over except for here, its my problem child. Hair fibers help.
Left side temple up close. You can see new growth still.
right side. new growth visible as well.
As up close as i could get to temple to show new growth that continues to happen
Hair wet , combed just to see what it looks like in general.
-
Liquid gave me TERRIBLE dandruff. My whole head was white and flakey. Had to stop fairly quickly only use foam now.
-
And only at 7 months, nice work.

I always have to note, I HAVE BEEN VERY STRICT WITH THE REGIMEN. HAVEN'T MISSED 1 BEAT.
Crown came in nicely. temporal are still growing. I was not expecting such a great result. I cant even imagine what this is going to look like in another 5 months.
Getting a full blown hair cut Friday, fade and all. been a while! lol

Im just not really down with a strip in general. even though the results are typically better. Id like the option of keeping hair shorter on sides..
And 3200 hairs falling out effin sucks man, you had strip with that?
