No I had 5000 removed. I've actually had 7000 removed but it doesn't look like it because I had extremely dense donor.

How is that good in any way at all? Means the yield was low....

Dang that's kinda bad if that's how the guy looked after hasson. I also found these results in forums from couto. Of course there are results posted by patients of h&ws work that look just as good as these that I've seen and same for diep.

I'm still considering Dr diep however. He has significantly more reviews on Google and they're better too. 108 reviews at 4.8 stars which is like my nose job surgeon vs hasson and wong with 79 reviews at 4.6 stars. Gotta go for the most reliable that I can. I also think he might have more impressive result videos on YouTube than hasson and wong but I'll have to double check that and do more research but so far the ones I've seen from him he gets very nice density for 1800 grafts in the hairline which is exactly what I need. He's expensive though like 9$ a graft but it's worth it. Cramming for my 4th actuarial exam right now 🥴

I asked for the link of the average looking couto you say you saw just cuz j wanted to see a patient report of couto that wasn't great because all of the clinic posted ones are very good. Of course you can say the clinic is only going to post their best...but then so is h&w only going to report their best. Yeah those are both good results considering one had a lot of improvement To coverage with only 2000 grafts and the other I though had a nice looking head of hair and hairline after getting the 2700. The 2000 on that one guy made a bigger improvement to density than the 5000 I got from asmed. And no, I wish I could see more patient posted results from couto. But when it comes to clinic posted results I haven't really seen any clinic post more impressive pictures or videos than couto has on his YouTube videos. Im Not saying he isn't "human" lol

I mean even when I look at h&w clinic posted results and compare them to the clinic posted results by couto i think coutos look more impressive. He is also almost half the cost. There's also an elite Animal specialist tattoo artist in Spain that I am wanting to book with. Including the price of airfare plus the cost of the tattoo I'd be spending less money than at h&w still lol

The lighting looks fine to me plus the video clearly goes through the entire recipient area and parts it and combs it through so it is extremely dense in the recipient area. My nose is good.

Well there is actually going to be some slight changes to the shape of the hairline to make it more sharp and angular in areas because of the lack of density they will be small but noticeable

Maybe hasson would be better for me then cuz I'm more concerned with hairline right now

Thanks yeah I'm hoping to get it done around September to November time. My income should be going up by about 12-15k by then so I'll be able to handle it. Just waiting on the raises from passing actuarial exams. I'll document it when the time comes. He said he can achieve my hairline in the 1 surgery and I should have 1000-1200 donors left for future surgery as my hair on top thins but needs to inspect my donor in person.

They just said it is rare that they notice a decrease in yield due to previous surgeries.

He definitely know my entire history and Says my goal is achievable. I'll follow up with him now and see how much he thinks his yield will be affected on my due to previous surgeries

They're usually 2-3 months out for scheduling is what the coordinator said

I actually haven't made that decision yet. Do you get to choose? The coordinator I've been speaking with most recently mentioned wong looked at my hairline design shown above and said it was achievable given my donor area

Dr wong said he can achieve this hairline for me given my donor density. I'll be getting ready to schedule with him as soon as I pass 1 or 2 more of my actuarial exams. So probably in summer time. Not pleased with how my hair looks in sunlight.

Honestly I felt like I definitely did get more attention that night than I usually do. Combination of hair, nose, clothes, tattoo, tan, thinner face etc. I saw more girls look at me as I stood there or walked by. They seemed more apt to talk to me and were friendlier when I approached them. I know my face looks better than before so that helps me with confidence too because I feel more deserving. One really pretty blonde university of Arizona gymnast actually came down from standing around the table to push my sleeve up to look at my tattoo and we talked for a bit but the next day when we were talking on Instagram found out she had a boyfriend haha. Got a make out with a cute Asian girl from Yale within like 30 seconds of meeting her too lol. It took less work to get attention. Over the next year I will continue to work on my body and get 1 or 2 nicely done smaller tattoos on my arm and will be seeing H and w and will link a new H and w thread to this one to document that result as well.
