Update of my donor and other angles. I took these photos for my Dr. rahal consultation I just signed up for. Also I attached a picture of a hairline by Dr. Diep at the bottom. Incredible.

Hair transplant of course lol. That will be the biggest impact. After that I want to get a lion tattoo on the inner part of my forearm above my wrist by an artist that specializes in animal tattoos. I've also done laser hair removal before for my chest, abs, and back of the neck area below the neckline and along the traps. It helped thin it out but it's not completely gone yet cuz I didn't get enough treatments so eventually I wanna finish that up.

Nose is good. He gave a steroid injection in February to help reduce swelling and it helped but I still get swollen in the mornings in the tip. I see him again in April for another injection for swelling again which should help even more. But overall it turned out well and I am satisfied.

Because I got shitty yield the first time. Bayes theorem suggests the touch up will be shitty too hahaha. I need to go to a world class surgeon with consistently great results. I have finite donor hairs and also finite time being young.

I went to asmed and has 5000 grafts harvested. Many of them died.

Hahaha wow hey thanks man I will use those. Yeah I'll need to open this site up on an actual computer rather than my phone and go to town. I've tried searching specific doctor results but usually only find a few threads. You Said advanced search option? I'll have to look for that soon

That post he linked tho with the pictures of that guys hair from diep and the thing with diep blocking him. Don't you find that a bit sketchy? I know you went to diep...did you have a great result? I really like dieps YouTube videos and he posts them every Friday. I haven't heard any bad things about hw but I'm not as impressed with the results I see from them. Some are impressive but I've seen more wow results from diep. If I were to go to diep I would tell him I demand that he harvest my donors homogeneously. All from one spot is dumb.

I took a look at that. Damn. Jesus. I wish it was just as easy choosing a hair transplant surgeon as it was for my nose job. This is so annoying. Although hw does not have nearly as good marketing as diep...are there any known consistent issues with results that come from hw on this forum?

What happens to their donor?

I've seen the donor of patients from him after they're healed and they look fine

I'm having a 2nd consultation with diep in April to ask more questions. I like his results videos more than what I see that hw put out

Hmm I have been looking at more diep results videos and idk I kind of think he makes denser hairlines. Diep has some impressive results

It's kind of funny to think about the main difference between the surgery I had with asmed and what ill have with hasson will be different techs extracting and planting considering both surgeons only make incisions themselves. My nose job surgeon did the entire thing himself. I think even boob jobs the surgeons don't use techs. I find it odd it is so common in this field to use techs. Even tattoos you pay the artist to do it you don't pay a separate tech to do it. If one argues that Extracting and placing grafts is easy enough for a tech to do then I wouldn't think there would be such large variation in how well a surgery yields all the grafts planted

I need it already wasted thousands of grafts. And I though last time when I went to asmed that I was going to one of the best in the world too.

Most of the pictures I see on the website and also on here seem to be done by Dr Hasson

Oh so diep doesn't do placements I thought he did. The only surgeon I know that does everything is Konior I believe. How do his results compare to hw? Are they more consistently impressive?

So you'd suggest Diep over hw? I'll continue to do more research on posted results between the 2 clinics

I've had 7000 removed and yeah I know what you're saying regarding the managing donor. Thankfully I still have 3000 or so to use

I have read that people's opinions are that Hasson tends to produce better results for hairlines whereas Wong tends to produce better results for crown work. Is this really true and noticeable in patient posted results or is it sort of a toss up?
