Well i must say that your case is truly dificult. Problem is that you are thinning allover the head and hair transplant needs to be done on that area. Problem is that not enough donor hair will be able cover spots in with shock loss may accure on native hairs that are miniaturized. I saw few cases of dr Arocha who operate simular cases to yours. Second thing is that online consultation sucks... I said that before Erdogan refused to operate me he said(or rather his assistents said that, i don't know) that i don't have hair loss at all just miniaturization, with is nonsens.Dr Feriduni based on the same pictures(with i admit were not best ones, my mistake) calculate 800-1200 grafs on hairline itself only. He said that crown should not be done before i hit 35, however i am confident that nothing much will change. Anyway, i am giving myself another two ears, because i need to save money. And i will try to do as much face to face consultation with my chosen doctors

Thank you for respond. Well "good" news is that i do not notice much hair loss ironically... Hairline little bit, but nothing bad and something that can't be fix. If it comes for crown and my problem is more my stupidity, lots of gel and other crap in past. I remember when i was 21(something like that) I used nizoral shampoo for dandruff once(just once) and it dry my hair so much that i lost during combing 500+(no kidding) haris... like it burned my follicles or something. And since then i have this issue, nothing groth back but it did not get worse as well since then. I am 30.

Hallo. Does anyone know if dr Lorenzo accept operation without finasteride? I simply can't take this drug, I had horrible side effects but i really would love to have surgery done by him. P.S If someone is interested in dr Freitas job with is great btw, he does not operate without it. @ndubya do you know if Lorenzo will operate without finasteride?? I had terrible sides on finasteride and simply I am not able to take it. As far as I know, Freitas won't operate without it, how about dr Lorenzo?

So what is happening to me?? When DHT should come back to normal state? And is Gyno go away or i need to surgery?

Hallo. I am getting totally mess after taking finasteride in dose of 0.25 for 15 days. I have stop take it because I notice change in my breast tissue. I developed gyno So I quit drug latterly 10 days ago, but It seams like my body is getting crazy. And not coming back to normal. I can’t sleep, that is first thing. Hands shake loss total interest in sex, testicle pain, lost interest in anything basically. Fear that I will never go away make suicide thoughts Yesterday I had very strong uncontrolled panic attack. I don’t want to go to propeciahelp or any other anymore because basically there is lot’s of fear in it, what drug can to, but not what we can do if we already suffer for PFS. I wish I was never on it. Can someone give me light and tell what can be done? I want to have kids and wife one day, have life again.

You are right. I know about that, and it makes my crazy about it... I will tell on consultation what's are my issues, worries... Hopefully I won't have to take it, or at best I will be good responder, and every side effect will disappear after stop taking it.

I personally believe that huge amount of people who are taking FIN DO NOT admitting that they have sexual problems on it, but they do. It is very hard for men, admit that kind of thing. Most of men have problem to go to doctor and ask for Viagra. I am hoping that i will never have to take it. I will to everything to avoid it. I don’t think anyone can tell. All that can be said, is that shock loss, trauma, does not do any good in hair. Same as stress in general, smoking and alcohol. Statistic suggests that your hair should come back as they were before.

Any pictures?? They should come back as they were, but since they were "ill" before your HT, they highly likely will fall out anyway in future. Do you take fin? From what I have read, fin is good option to prevent(as much it is possible) shock loss of native hair. As much as I hate this idea of taking Fin, it is good to start half a year before HT and keep taking it until first half a year after HT, when most shock loss is gone and native hair are back(or saved from shock). With is probably what i will do. This is my biggest worries. I am about to have HT In probably 2020. Long time of waiting for consultation, and year after there is procedure with gives 2020. But i am happy for choosing this clinic anyway. Maybe until then we will have Replicel out, with I strongly believe is going to be fin killer.

I remember that more or less in 2012 I used nizoral for itchy/dry scalp. It made my scalp so dry after shower that when I was combing my hair I lost more or less 500 hairs. No kidding 500+!! it was one of the most painful view for me in my life. So I promised that I won’t use it again. However I decided to give another try to it. Previously it was a version without ketoconazole, now I tried 2% one. And I must admit, it works good as far. I mean I am using it on Mondays and Fridays for one month, I don’t see regrowth, but I notice that hair looks thicker, and I do not experience any itchy, even dry scalp. So yes, I am continuing of using it, with hope I will get some regrowth in near future.

I maybe one of first ones here I have made a decision of having HT in future. So i did huge research as I always do if i want something. Sadly I am not able to go and get HT from any brillant doctors in USA, because i need visa with is hard to get. However there is a few great doctors in Europe so I made a chose, and that is Rafael de Freitas. I called into office, and ask for apoitment. I did not want to have any e-maiils consultations because I don’t trust mails. Waiting time is huge. In my case i am about to wait 1,5 year for consultation itself. I have it in end of April 2019 and procedure is usually year after. So now is the time for me to save some money, and wait for it, done it in my 30's. I don't think I do mind waiting that time, because my case is not dramatic. I cut my hair short and it is alright, but as much as i was optymistic on replicel and other treatments, i quit that hope. I also tried to contact dr. Couto, but sing list for consultation is closed, even if you would find a place, it takes almost 4 years of having surgery. So i passed.

I am sorry for (maybe) sounding silly, but I truly don’t get it how this treatment is about to work. As far as I understand there is injection in scalp and then adding something in wound with will produce new hair, is that correct? What for then we are about to have home devices? Theoretically are this new hairs permanent or temporary(like in Rogaine)? Also, is there any way to make sure that hair will grow in right direction??

I must painfully admit as well, that I suffer for anxiety disorder with often panic attacks. I am saying that because it was quite long period in my life that I was pulling out my hairs. Hallo. I am 28 old now. Soon 29. I am struggle with this type of thinning for long time. On my left side of the crown. I remember horrible period when I was 21, I was losing hairs from this are only and I got mad about it. However it stopped after 2 years and as much as I am observing my hairs, nothing really changed since that time. They looks good, without any bald spots after wash. Pictures are taken 5-6h after wash. In my family history there is no completely bald members. Dad has decent head of hair, my grandfather is 86(if I could give compere my grandfather has better hair density than Harrison Ford at present day). Both of them have, same area thinned like myself now. If I am about to end up like them I am confident to believe that worst episode with hair loos is behind me. So what would you recon? Can I ask you, in what way FUE is getting better? As far as I remember Rahal or Hasson&Wong, were great ages ago already.

I am fallowing this subject for over 10 years and scenario seems the same over and over. “5 years from now” is typical story is ever told. Aderans for example. Everyone was excited about it, so huge promises like now Replicel, Histogen or Follicia is promising. And it have failed and produce a …wigs But no pictures, no results shown(or if, very, very poor one) how can you be positive about it?? Takashi Tsuji did not present anything except experiment on mice’s and some theory. I wish that I would be wrong, but fact is that no even average progress was done since Finasteride or Regaine.

Hi. I am 27(almost 28) I did notice that my crown got bit worse than it was 5 years ago. In my family history there is no completely bald members.
