  1. If you have enough grafts in your donor area and apparently you do, it doesn't make sense to take 1500 grafts from the beard area and only 1000 grafts from the donor area It feels as if he is scared in giving you density without the thick beard grafts using only 1000 grafts from your donor area. What if you need them later? Darlinglocks FUE: 1524 grafts with Dr. Tejinder Bhatti Hair Restoration Social Network ? Community for and by Hair Loss Patients - Dr Tejinder Bhatti's Profile
  2. I tend to agree with MrMatt, why so many beard grafts when you seem to have a full and coarse donor area? Beard grafts are usually taken when not enough hair grafts are available. Good luck! 3. I was just being polite answering to the question from TherealHK willing :"to speak about their experience?" TherealHK said :"The same procedure in India or Thailand (in some cases even the same Surgeon) I have been quoted 6-9k and that includes flights and hotels that I have added on. For me now its just getting to know which surgeon I am happier with and speaking to people who have had work done with them." It means he was looking into procedures in India and Thailand too, so it was fair as nobody answered about his experience with DR Madhu, that I did. Still anyone else there? I felt it was right I answered this question too: "is there any school of thought around as a first timer what the best option is - the only think that put me off Mr Bhatti was the fact he did not do FUT." If nobody here gives his experience with Dr. Madhu, I don't think telling someone to check out several surgeons is a flaw. Future patients here are desperate to know and have a maximum information before making a choice that is right for them. I mentioned DR. Bhatti because of my experience with him and TherealHK was considering Thailand and India. I never said in a post above go to DR. Bhatti and forget the others on the contrary. 4. Buenos dias MrProper, You will see the red part for 2 to 3 months depending on how fast you heal. I don't know if you would feel better wearing a hat, baseball cap or a bandana when you go out? If your budget is tight check out the many references of the surgeons in Turkey and India and go to their websites. Do some online consultations with a few surgeons then compare cost, results and reviews. Darlinglocks 1524 Grafts with Dr. Tejinder Bhatti in Chandigarh India. Hair Restoration Social Network ? 5. I think you made a wise decision inb4. You have nothing to lose indeed and you won't regret the 10 EUR spent. It is better to be well informed before making any hasty decisions. Belgium has a concentration of great FUE surgeons. Good luck. Darlinglocks FUE: 1524 Grafts with Dr. Tejinder Bhatti Hair Restoration Social Network ? 7. Don't read if you don't like it, Beestig22. Mind your own hair growth. I don't think Dr. Bhatti needs anyone, the good reviews from many patients on this forum speak for themselves! Happy growing!
  8. TherealHK, Make online consultations with a few surgeons. They are the ones who really can tell you what is best for you, and the exact numbers of grafts you will need. FUT or FUE can give you 3000 grafts or more in 1 or 2 days. Some don't want to have that linear scar at all!! Dr. Bhatti started doing FUT than opted for FUE as he could get the same and/or even better results with FUE So it is best you check out with the surgeon himself, compare their results, cost and reviews from other patients. All the best. Darlinglocks FUE: 1524 GRAFTS with Dr. Tejinder Bhatti Hair Restoration Social Network ? Community for and by Hair Loss Patients - Dr Tejinder Bhatti's Profile
  9. Hi inb4, I agree that you don't have to put an age before you should get an HT, but I do think checking every possibility out there, is a must. Going for 800 grafts seem to be not a lot and you might need them later, plus as you said you hair loss has stabilised. If you want to go through with it, do it after checking out several HT surgeons, do some online consultations and compare results and cost! 10. Why don't you ask for an online consultation? You have nothing to lose. If you are going to be based in Pune, it isn't that far away and all you need is 3 days. You want to have the best results with a maximum viable grafts, so choose only between the best. Darlinglocks FUE: 1524 Grafts with Dr. Tejinder Bhatti Hair Restoration Social Network ? 12. Hi TherealKH, In fact I contacted Dr.Madhu too, narrowing my surgery to 4 doctors but I never got a reply. I finally chose for Dr. Tejinder Bhatti because he gave me all the right information, answer my emails, his cost on his website is clear ( same for everyone). his results are great, he is a reputable surgeon on this forum. Feel free to have an online consultation with Dr. Bhatti too, you have nothing to lose. Make your choice after you do your homework comparing different surgeons. Feel free to ask any questions you want. Darlinglocks FUE 1524 Grafts with Dr. Tejinder Bhatti Hair Restoration Social Network ? Community for and by Hair Loss Patients - Dr Tejinder Bhatti's Profile
  13. Each doctor who does 6 procedures a day must be Superman and/ or a criminal. There is no way you can deliver a great procedure at that rate! A great surgeon only takes 1 or 2 patients a day. As for "Elite" can you define that please? "A select group that is superior in terms of ability or qualities to the rest of a group or society." That word should even not exist as nobody is superior to another. There are only great surgeons there who deliver better results than others or maybe far superior than others but qualify them as Elite is far fetched...
  14. Hi inb4, If your hair loss has stabilized due to drugs and minoxidil, and even see some minor thickening, just wait and see. Never rush things that you might regret later. Take a sit back attitude over the next months. If really it gets worse, you still have time to go for that HT and there are plenty of good doctors out there, delivering great results. You are more inclined to go to Turkey for the low prices but you should check out India for their great results and good prices when the time is right. I had my HT done with Dr. Tejinder Bhatti in Chandigarh India. He is a great surgeon recommended on this forum. Many members out here went to have their procedure done by Dr. Bhatti. If you later have any questions at all, feel free to ask. Darlinglocks FUE: 1524 grafts with Dr. Tejinder Bhatti Hair Restoration Social Network ? 15. Hello As1606, There is no doubt that you'll find top notch doctors in Belgium. You asked if there were excellent surgeons in the Asia region? Well yes, there are. I went with Dr. Tejinder Bhatti in Chandigarh India to have my HT. If you look it up Dr. Bhatti is very reputable and many on this forum had their HT done with Dr. Bhatti because he delivers great results even doing mega session FUE for those who need it. I wouldn't hesitate to ask for an online consultation, you have nothing to lose. Now, just do your homework and choose the surgeon that is best for you. 16. Hi Wallace, I totally agree with Sean. It is crucial to have the surgeon do the counselling before surgery, all the extractions, all the incisions, the harvesting, and focus on you the day of the surgery, It is the reason why I chose Dr. Tejinder Bhatti in Chandigarh for my HT. I would even add that another important fact is that if you have any doubt or question after your surgery, Dr. Bhatti will still answer your questions. It isn't because your surgery is done that you don't matter anymore. you'll always get a feedback on your questions. 17. Hi wallacewang, If it makes you feel better you can always try an online consultation. I can only speak for myself but Dr. Bhatti is pretty accurate as he told me 1500 grafts but if he could give me more, he would! I ended up with 1524 grafts which is not a lot more but after explanation, if you continue to lose hair and need another HT, there must be enough in your donor area. I chose Dr. Bhatti because of his honest explanation, remarks and the cost is clear for everyone to see. On top of that, he is a recognised surgeon that does a lot of restoration on HT that went wrong and he is a nice doctor who takes the time to answer all your questions. Darlinglocks FUE: 1524 grafts with Dr. Tejinder Bhatti
  18. Hi wallacewang, Yes, of course any doctor will give you the maximum number of grafts he can give you after an examination in person. They will also check if you have a good donor area. Did you do any Skype consultation? I had my FUE HT done by Dr. Bhatti in Chandigarh:1524 grafts. If you need more information, please feel free to ask. Darlinglocks
  19. Hi bablu, You will start to see more and more little hairs growing. Some areas will grow more close together. Don't forget that even at around 6 months, you will only have around 50% hair growth! Some patients had their hairs starting to grow at around month 7. For some their hairs are growing more rapidly than others so Yes, patient is key. Darlinglocks
  20. To Bablu, Hair doesn't always grow at the same speed for everyone and it might grow more rapidly on one side first. As per Dr. Bhatti, you only start to see some growth as from 3 and a half month. Be patient. Darlinglocks
  21. Looking great husqvarnawrk and this is just the beginning1 Congratulations Dr. Tejinder Bhatti
  22. I understand your anxiousness. However, at 3 months post FUE most of us have no hair and I can understand you completely. You find hundreds and hundreds of hairs on the floor and nothing on you head! Just hang in there at least 3 more months and that means only 40% of hair growths.
  23. Dr. Bhatti would say the proof is in the pudding. So, the best thing is to compare the before and after pictures, the number of grafts ( singles, doubles, triples, etc ) after a 12 months period and see the yield. Dr. Bhatti has already great before and after pictures on his website. Hair Restoration Social Network ? Community for and by Hair Loss Patients - Dr Tejinder Bhatti's Profile
