  4. Very nice result (!) One question, how dense is his hair in the frontal region now? Looks like veeeery fine hair to work with. Do you think for fine hair the 50% rule of what you lose is also a good 'route' ? All the best
  5. Damn nice one! One question Do you know how big was your transplanted area? You were a NW5 i think. Is tahat correct? All the best
  6. Thanks for your help! So i have some more pics now. I would say im NW 5 with natural existing hair but maybe 10-15FUs/cm2 on top of my head (only the natural hair) The transplant itself worked on 55cm2 with 1400 Grafts. The area before was not completely bald, but very thin. The pics are with wet hair (its hot today) and i wear a hat all the time before i take the pics. I think my area is for NW 5 'very small' if you can see in the "bird perspective picture" Between 110-120FUs/cm2. If my hair is washed, you can clearly see a very dense donor area and a bald top of my head. So what should i do.. Dr Koray Erdogan said, that i will need around 4500 grafts for a solid result if i stay on the meds. What do you think 4500 Grafts could give me... Is it worth it? How dense should the second hair transplant be to male a visible change? For me, the frontal part is the priority. But i want to treat the crown with the 4500 Grafts to. My density in the donor area is 85Fus/cm2. Thanks for all your comments!
  7. Would be nice if more people could response. Maybe it is impossible to get a good result with such a small number of grafts for a relative big area. (The frontal third was the transplanted area) Especially because i plan a transplant with Erdogan or ?zgur. And the result of my friend is... Not very motivating for me. Now im very insecure. I think i will need around 3000-4000 Grafts. Again, the posted pic here is not my head. Thanks
  8. Sorry, i have to ask him before i post some other pics. Density should be around 20-30FUS/cm2 (i think)
  9. And one more pic Thanks for your replies. Would be great if a doc could say something about that. Very poor result, isnt it?
  10. Hey guys! My friend had a FUE hairtrasplant nearly one year ago. His result is very poor in my opinion, because the density is way to less. We made pictures from his forehead yesterday, so you can get an idea. His doc was an all inclusive doc in turkey... If u know what i mean. I plan a HT to, my total bald area is ~100cm2. But the result of my friend... Im a little bit afraid i can get the same thing to be honest. So his main question is: How dense is it so what do you think from the pics? He had ~1400 Grafts. All the beste
  11. Looks good for 6 months. But i think it would be better to show this pics with 12 months pics. Because 6months... You cant really talk about a result, especially in the crown.
  12. Very natural result. How dense was the graftplacing in the transplanted area? All the best
  13. Very soft and natural result (8months only) I think the fact, that the patient is blonde, is good for him because of the scalp hair contrast. How dense is it in the hairline? I would think between 40-45FUs/cm2 Am i wrong? All the best
  14. Hey guys, I checkef my neck hair yesterday and it seems, that it is not that dense than the rest of my donor area. What do you think? Retograde alopecia? Is it that bad?
  15. I think that this isnt one of your best results. Its still very diffuse, but the hairline is nice and the area with 200cm2 was very big too..
  16. Let your hair grow a little bit longer in the back and i think the area in the picture with the circledraw will vanish
  17. Dr. Diep... Is this really a fine hair caliber? I cant believe this... Or is it just so dense packed?
