  1. Here is the second pass 520 BHT grafts into the right side (legs and arms extraction)
  2. Gents. I did a second pass today. Anyways to edit the tittle or should I start a new thread
  3. Thank you guys I will continue to post the progress and results of the second surgery
  4. The skin is much more elastic, thicker and soft. Pigmentation is also different. They heal within 4 days and leave no visible scaring.
  5. I actually just counted them and I have done 12. July 15th is my number 13th and it looks like it will be 15 of them. Fingers crossed. I must admit I love it. The post-op, the results, spending time with doctors, it has always been a fascinating world to me. The 80 grand spent maybe not so much fun but I'd pay twice as much to have hair.
  6. My donor is actually quite bad, after 2.500 grafts a few doctors told me it was depleted. I just managed to do a homogenous depletion, you can take many more grafts this way as long as it's homogenous. My recipient area is full of hair thankfully. I will post my entire story soon, when it's finished. I still have 2-3 more surgeries to go. One repairing the donor and a last touch up on the recipient area.
  7. There is no doubt the extraction patterns is completely unprofessional and poorly executed. This said, you will need to wait 4-5 months to see how your donor recovers, then we can be for certain that the area was overharvested I wouldn't be surprised if this is the case. I had my donor fixed with BHT. My case is posted on this forum
  8. It works wonders but it is even better if you do both. After my second pass I will certainly get SMP to finish it off!
  9. Yes, I have a second pass on the 20th of July. Hopefully another 500 from chest, beard and nape to finish the job but I am already happy as it looks normal I am only doing a second pass because I want to extract another 500 eventually for touch-ups and this would allow that
  10. Hey Guys,I hope you find this case interesting. There are not many cases like this on the internet and it will hopefully give you an insight on what can be achieved to restore depleted donor areas to either look normal or add density so more grafts can be extracted. This is called Fit Farming.I have had over 10 small FUE surgeries over the past 14 years with over 9.000 extractions overall. My results have been wonderful but my donor has suffered some heavy battering. My goal was to achieve an homogenous look on my donor area by adding 500-600 grafts to the donor mixing nape and BHT grafts and also to be able to extended my donor capabilities. Nape grafts have a low coverage value on the recipient area but is good enough to improve the gaps on the donor. BHT is quite thick so we performed a 50 graft test on the left ear which I am quite pleased about.I have chosen Dr Mwamba as he has extensive FUE and BHT experience and I already had a good result on my frontal scalp with him. Surgery was 6 months ago in Brussels. I will update pictures accordingly.Preop 3mm Preop 2mm Area to repair Intraop 4 months:
  11. Thanks for posting better pictures. There are definitely double grafts on the hairline which is something that should not be happening at this stage. There is missing density on zone 1 but a small touch up of 100-200 grafts should fixed that There is missing density in zone 2 and 3 as well but you have overall made good progress and have had a good yield. They did a good job. Bare in mind they covered an extensive area with a limited amount of grafts. I hope you are happy as this is great progress and if not then I believe a second pass would do
  12. 5 months is 60% of the result, by 8 months you will have better idea. The right section of your hairline had missing density from dray one compared to the center and left. You will need a 100-200 graft touch up on that zone. You hair will continue to improve for another 4 months at least and maybe get even thicker (not new hairs coming out) after that. I have had 12 procedures done and while we all react differently but nothing will grown where nothing was implanted. Good luck
  13. A little BHT into the larger scars and that donor will look pristine I had that done. Twice. It really helped my donor look great after 7.5k extractions Your outcome is really good. Congrats!
  14. You should post some pictures with proper lighting It is frankly impossible to even given a basic opinion on your outcomes based on the ones you uploaded here Hairline seems to be looking much better
  15. Looking forward to these pics I had a good result with Lupanzula
  16. Nah, you do't need to wait Yes, you had excessive bleeding for sure. I am sorry you had poor growth. There are options to fix this I have had 10 FUE surgeries already. How is your donor looking?
  17. Ok. Cool Let's move on You keep doing what you are doing an I will do what works for me Best of luck.
  18. This keeps getting more painful to read. Aside from not knowing how to spell a drug you don't know your dosages. 0.03% equals 0.3mg There is exactly 1mg of finasteride in every 1ml of 0.1% topical finasteride. Thus 0.5mg in 0.05% and 0.3mg in 0.03%. You really need to study more. Inform yourself better. Don't make assumptions you have no knowledge about. Don't mistreat people for no reason. Your skepticism would be well understood if it was based on true facts. You just made up a number.
