Hi young22, Myself i think youre ready for a hair transplant. In your situation i dont think you should worry about your age with the advanced hair loss you have. If your on medication it looks like your not going to loss or gain anything if that picture is your year out result on meds. Have you done any research on any surgeons you want to go with?

FUE,s the future. It will only get better imo. Dr maras FUT is dirt cheap ?1.90 per graft. Thats how you know its fading away off into the distance. Haha..

You have(or had lol)a similar hair loss pattern as me.except my left side had recceded where as yours was the right. Your result so far at the month youre at is more then good imo. The next six months are just going to be a brucie bonus. Where it will only get thicker which will give the full look feel to it. Good luck on the rest if your journey buddy.

Yeah i just had a cheecky look at the prices. ?2.80 per graft, Not bad if im honest. Just under ten grand you cant go wrong and for a good doctor to. Like i said before looks like your on track i hope it all oans out well for you.

Age shouldnt always be the factor to stop you from having a ht. yes its a factor that doctors take into count for but its not the main factor. Age only comes into it if you still have a lot of hair left on your head so its pretty hard to prodict the future loss you are going to encounter later on in life. You might become a nw7 or even stay at the nw2-3 you are now only time will tell. What the best thing to do is go to a reputable hair specialist and have them check out your hair to see if you got any miniturized hair going on that the naked eye cant see and then go from there. Im good thank you mate. Yeah i wouldnt worry to much at this stage ur in the ugly ducklin phase. where you are kinda in between. At least your seeing sone growth its more then some people. Be good to see a picture where you implanted the grafts in a after op picture. but other then that good work doc keep up the good standards you're producing. The guys obviously happy and thats what matters. success one might say.

What would you be the best option of tool to use on a diffuse thinner to prevent shock loss of native hair... Custom blades, implanter pen etc...

Sorry to see your going through this at the age you're at. maybe theres an underlying problem. What did your derm say it could be? Or did he just prescribe you with pills and monox... If its possible you could post some pics amd im sure the experts will chime in with there 2 cents.
