  1. But a dr made a video response to this and seemed to ease this situation you presented via Internet text, people should really not panic like this. Your hurting the fue process son
  2. I thought Blake was eventually leaving his mod position...even if he isn't no conflict of interest he's telling us about a new procedure that only he and his future partner are doing, what's the difference from that and a recommended doc posting his results on here, promoting the business is all and honestly it's very intriguing I'm excited to see the future of this procedure
  3. hey dude been following your progress the whole way and I understand you dissatisfaction so far but I've followed a bunch of other people and with fut those last six months are the best, there's another guy on YouTube whose hair from months 1-9 was so so then ten improved and now it's insanely thick, try your best to not worry and wait out the 12 months and keep in contact with your dr best of luck man look forward to your next vid
  4. hi rather than start a new thread I found this one and I'm having similar problems..I cannot message anyone or approve friend requests, thanks for any and all help
  5. If your going near erdogan I think you go to erdogan, look at his results and I guess enough said,he's a bit overzealous with grafts at times imo,but again you see those results and I don't think you can have any doubt in the hands of that man, guys a beast
  6. I'm a patient of dr naders,I'm only 5 weeks out so its to early to tell how it'll end up but I can say the Dr and his team are good people, they help you as much as possible in regards to getting down there, you get set up at a nice hotel which is less than 10 minutes from the border and his office is about 10 minutes across the border. He does fue and fut,but about %90 fue as it's clearly the more appealing choice...and it's not artas he and his assistant do everything manually and utilize the implanter pen. He answers his own emails and only does a patient a day so he is a little hard to get a hold of but when you get him he answers any and all questions,he tries not to do more than 1500 grafts a day so in bigger cases like mine you'll likely do two days. You can google his name and find his website which isn't very up to date but the links he send you are,I'd post it here but ya know he's not recommended so it shall be removed by the almightys, good luck let me know if anyone needs any help
  7. If you didn't have those sort of nerves/feelings beforehand I would think something is wrong, when you wake up 5 years after your surgery you'll still have had the surgery and when you wake up 20 years from now again you'll still have had the surgery..it's a big decision and from your write up you have nothing to worry about,to a degree I think there's only so much us patients can do and it seems you've done it so try and relax and let the doc and his team do that part then you'll be alright.dr rahal seems like an amazing surgeon I considered him myself but travel and overall cost just wasn't realistic for me but your in good hands best of luck sir!!!!
  8. I always thought this as well, but I think fue doesn't have a better yield in patients with less than average donor or fine hair quality..hopefully I said that right If wrong I apologize..it does seem like defending/bashing fut has been more aggressive these last few months,it's obviously more appealing when you hear of minimal scarring and quicker healing time, but there also has to be a reason all these top notch surgeons are still pressing fut..it's all over this forum though, everyone is different and i don't think that should be taken lightly,if you have one of these recommended surgeons on this forum close by what's a consultation going to hurt a potential patient? Even if your charged a fee,as useful as this forum may be you'll see it time and time again nothing is better than a quality h.t specialist opinion
  9. Very nice,I'm always a bit skeptical as to how many grafts are used, but you dole out results like this you can do what ever the heck you'd like
  10. I'm a month post op and I experienced tenderness for awhile,it seems that each passing day it dissipates and while I still have it in some small spots it's only apparent when I touch/itch the area..try not to worry to much before long you'll wake up one day and realize it's been gone for days, good luck
  11. I have 10,000 mcg which is 10 mg and my doc recommended 5 mg so I just cut them in half and I'm gonna buy 5mg when I run out
  12. I've been taking it for a couple months,I can notice my nails growing faster so that to me means it's working as far as hair that's something I'm looking at each day so to notice a change is tough but I do believe it has helped the hair in someway..you can get a years supply of biotin for like $10 on Amazon def worth a try
  13. Wow this is really unfortunate, hopefully things work out...I felt I should mention I googled 'neograft' because I'm a bit unfamiliar with the process and I wound up on a site that's office is in Texas and the first patient photo that shows up is of a gentleman on this forum who I can't recall the name but I do remember he went to dr vories and not the place whom's website I was on
  14. I would ask for a 'surgical bonnet' I think it's called nurses wear them you more than likely will not be allowed to keep your hat on through security..nobody cares honestly, the few people that asked me about it thought I was a nurse..I think trying to hide it will be more awkward than just taking your hat off for 5 minutes and more than likely never seeing those people again. Yo wouldn't want them to think you had brain surgery or something serious and then cause a mess of other problems
