  1. Hi pk i've been using couvre since i went back to work which is quite a physical sweaty job and i haven't had a problem with it. I haven't been swimming so can't give an opinion on that, but when i am in the shower it doesn't come off until i shampoo it off. Very good imo. All the best mgem

  5. Don't know every method of fitting, but as far as i know your own hair would be shaved where the hair piece will be and the hair piece secured to the scalp by tape or an adhesive, repeat the process every month or so.
  6. I don't think you will get any positive feedback about them. Keep hold of your money, do some more research on this forum, there is plenty of surgeons to choose from with alot of quality results. The difference between a good ht and a bad one may only be the price of a plane ticket, but it will affect the rest of your life. all the best. mgem

  9. Be careful the costs can be as much if not more than a ht, monthly refits,replacment/renewing. Some of them do look good but the biggest problem i found was i was more paranoid wearing one than without it unless you tell everyone.good luck. Beemark why would you wear a system for a day/week?

  11. mmhce thanks for the link good info there, thanks comb,i have still got a few scabs left on one side, but the nurse missed a few of the staples somehow?, so i had to back a few days later, apart from that i think everything is good at this stage thanks spex. I will put some more pics up next week for the 1 month mark. mgem

  16. Hi all i'm about 3weeks post op now, i seem to be losing more hair than normal after shower/ combing hair is this normal? Maybe i'm being more observant/ paranoid! thanks mgem
