  1. You have a full head of hair my man. Get on finasteride (propecia/proscar) and forget about it.
  2. Paul Giamatti obviously doesn't care about hairloss. He's been losing for years and has never attempted to hide it. And he's been in a ton of excellent movies. An issue like that during a movie isn't going to bring everyones' attention to a balding guy. No one would probably think twice about it. Only balding guys really think that much about it
  3. WhatsUp- You are bumping a bunch of threads from like 6 years ago. I doubt that these guys are still lingering on those individual threads waiting for an answer.
  4. John - I don't understand the point of your post(s). You're not even 3 months post-op. You KNOW that you will not see results from a transplant until at least 4-5 months, and you're freaking out? What exactly are you trying to prove? Are you just having a breakdown? Please try to calm yourself and see where you're at in a few months.
  5. 20,000 a year, eh? Now let's see if that makes any sense... 365 days in a year. That would mean, on average, they perform around 55 surgeries a day (including weekends) Sounds safe and realistic... I'd prefer a clinic that does under 300. Just my opinion.
  6. Any updates AdamB??? I'm real curious to see how your growth is coming!!
  7. Whats Up- Are you the guy from MTV's True Life?
  8. Mikethedane- I'm confused on two fronts with what you said: 1) I think its actually the complete opposite of what you're saying. 2) Didn't you have frontal loss? I've seen your pre-ops and looks like you had a massive receding hairline and thin tuft in the front?
  9. Hey man your hair is not bad at all. I think you can definitely hold out. You need to be realistic with HT expectations. Your thin spots aren't even bad and you have no bald spots. If you really can't take the look, try some concealers. Don't rush yourself in to another procedure.
  10. Is getting around 3,000 grafts in the frontal 3rd too agressive for a guy whose loss will further progress? I'm thinking that its just about right, and I am going to ask to keep the hairline more conservative to compensate for my future loss. I just want to play this as safe as possible. Also, since the doc is shaving, do you think they can leave a small little tuft to help in the aid of a rad comb over post op so you don't have to buzz your whole head? Similar to what petschki did? I'm talking just a small little section. Thanks in advance

  12. Awesome to hear guys, keep 'em coming and with as much detail as possible. Danny- I like the icon with Slevin. His hair was badass in that movie, and seemed to be thinning a bit too... haha
  13. haha okay I think I'm starting to understand the point of this thread...
  14. awesome, thanks eman. I was going to ask you specifically because I remember you looking really tan in your pre-ops.
