I am sorry if this question has been asked before cant seem to find when I searched for it. My question is. 1. I am a stomach sleeper, I just had my Transplant 5 days back, when can I start sleeping on my stomach again without fearing that I might damage my grafts while keeping my head on the pillow or brushing my grafts to the pillow. 2. When can I start having a full fledged normal shower (without any fear that oh my god what if this happens or that happens or what if I dislodge any hair grafts, already fed up of this paranoia) and when can I start shampooing my head normally, like I used to do it before I went for the transplant. My scalp has become all greasy !! Very badly need a good shower !!

On the scar Front, How did you check. Made sure that you are not scarring ? Just asking...

No...no I am not being hostile, it is just that it, has come as a shock to me !! Hair was not planted properly in the first place is the last thing I would have imagined...

So if a Hair Graft is dislodged in the 2nd day after a HT it has to bleed that is period !!

Ok so there is a new dimension getting to this now, so you are saying this Hair Graft was not placed correctly in the first place, so but how come it hung on to my scalp for 3 days before it came out today ! :eek:

If it did not bleed I have not lost the Follicluar Unit. Then what was it that I saw, still cannot conclude !!

Exactly I am now scared to death to wear this FxxxxN cap which is proving the biggest villain in my life !! So if everything is ok what is this FU with a dried bulb looks burnt coppery colour with 2 Hair Grafts it is for sure not bleeding from anywhere !! I have returned back Home !

It is I guess from the temporal point area, but I clearly see the bulb it is a FU with a set of 2 hair grafts!! So this is permanently gone right !! But my counter argument to it is why did it not bleed then ? Or does it not have to bleed always !! I was wearing the cap provided by the clinic and it just got stuck to it :-((

I am 2 days post my HT, today is the third day, I had a follicle unit which came out with the bulb it was a set of 2 hair graft, it did not bleed there, have I lost that FU forever. Shouldn't it have bled in the first 2 days or it is not always the case that it should bleed. So am I at loss with one follicular unit ?? People who already have an experience please comment already Freaking out !!

Coming on to your question of Hairline Design and Dr.Bhatti's philosophy on it that Long Faces look good with a Sharp, Peak like design while round faces look good with rounded hairline design. You haven't put your entire face picture so it is kinda hard to guess, your face structure but looks like you have a semi round, oval kind of face structure so in your case did he in the first attempt suggest you a round hairline design shouldn't have been much of struggle for you because you anyways have a oval kind of shape face, so what was the worry when you say you had to negotiate with Him on the hairline design part ?

Your statement sound as if you have completely given up on the results of your hair transplant ? Is it what you mean ? 3 months anyways would have not given you anything ? Right ? After your 2nd transplant you know that isn't it ?

Try consulting and showing your case to another reputed doctor in the city you live. In your case, it is difficult to say anything without personal inspection of your transplanted area. And that too only a Doctor with heaps of experience can take a call on what went wrong, or is there anything to worry about.

That is the most weirdest statements that I have ever come across, If that was the case Half of the Men on this Planet would be Bald almost 95% lol ! There is so scientific evidence to prove this so there is no reason for you to believe it. Infact I have read otherwise. Sex is a immune booster in lot ways. People deprived of having sex in their life are prone to Kindey Disease, Bladder Issues more then People who have a active, healhty sex life and of course it is scientically proven, people active with sex life tend to live longer then who do not ! But it definitely has no connection with Hairloss.

Yep I kinda agree, The end result hairstyle can be achieved with either of the hairline designs with a peak or without the peak.

Just got a reply from Dr.Rahal's clinic, In my online consultation with them, I had asked them what are the chances of Hair Not Growing or a Low Yield and their reply was a little confusing saying we do some Blood Tests to make sure you will not have any problems with the Yield. I understand Blood Test for HIV and Hapatitis but how and what Blood Test gotta do with the Hair Transplant Success !! Could not figure out !

A couple leading hair transplant dr clinic talk about doing some sort of blood test to find out if there will be no problem with the hair graft growing and one can have proper yield I am wondering how can blood tests alone help figure out if the transplanted fair graft will grow or not? Anybody who has had experience with leading clinics if you guys can shed done light on this.

Hi Guys, I need a genuine suggestion from everyone of you here, As my date of Hair Transplant keeps arriving nearer I am getting more and more inquisitive on the Hairline I would want to have so I thought let me ask for some suggestions here. What stay friends ? can you please pour in your suggestions. If the end result is like the first picture (with full grown hair) is that I want, which is like a square looking forehead. Should I be going with a hairline design which is in the other picture which is a hairline without the peak or should I be going with a hairline with a widows peak ? Any suggestions ? Agree this looks a better hairline then a sharp peak, at the end it will give a look of a squarer forehead and hairline which looks better IMO

Dr Feriduni can you please let us know what is length of the Hairline from the glabella ?
