Dude ! Mate ! Just yesterday I was asking people here, on how is Dr.Bhatti in designing the hairline as it is a crafted job and requires great skill. Believe me you. Your hairline looks absolute killer ! Neatly designed. Love the temple design that he has put on the sides. Please post your Pictures once it grows up. Looks great as of now. So did you notice any considerable shock loss as of now ?

I have not got a strip FUT done yet, so don't take my judgement on face value but from what I have observed yes, your scar looks preety long than usual. Maybe the number of grafts that you have had, could be the reason.

We are talking about the top most, the world had to offer in HT not everyone including me can make this possible especially travelling into Europe and The Americas... Any comments on Dr. Bhatti's hairline here :-) since I am planning to get it done from him :-)

I would second with Hasson and Wong they do the best hairlines just my opinion.

Does using the right punch size not avoid it ? So is it not entirely not the judgement of the HT Surgeon what Punch size does he uses ?

Who is a candidate for shock loss ? And who is not ? How does one avoid it ?

I had this question, they say that having a single hair graft placed on fine calibre is "the" important thing while defining a natural hairline, now I also understand having a Zig-Zag,shingled approach is equally important while placing hair grafts to give it a natural look. But I am just thinking how can you have the zig-zag approach while placing the hair grafts on a hairline, because to make a hairline you need all the hairgrafts touching/on that line and if you have a zig-zag approach what that would mean is 1 hair graft is placed on the hairline drawn and one behind that !! I mean does this sound ok ?? You want all the hair placed on the hairline for the hairline to take shape and be complete but if you do the zig-zag approach how will cover the entire hairline ? One will be on the hairline and other just behind that, not touching the hairline so how does this work ? Can anyone explain this ?

I was myself asking questions to people here till the other day, but slowly I have started understanding the fine nuances of a correct hair transplant. And it is also looks like here, he didn't have what is called as a Single Hair Graft placed on fine caliber, (Correct me guys if I am wrong) The texture of hair used in the hairline appears to be so coarse, rough ? It looks like hair is dipped, mixed with a sticky substance like a glue,gel and placed there. I would say lacks finishing touches.

Since the surgeons reccomended here in India only do FUT and I only wanna do a FUE I cannot take advantage of the reccomndation. Dr.Bhatti is on my mind. Will he be a right choice ? I have read feedbacks of some of the guys here who have done it with him. Still asking ?

But then how much can one keep on researching on this, it cannot be a ongoing affair right ? There has to be a time limit to it.There are other important and startegic decision one has to take in life, Hair, and Cosmetic Surgery is something you wanna do in your Leisure time it is not a life threatning thing, that you leave everyting aside in your life and 24x7 eat, breathe and live HT and become a zombie collecting information, so if not 1 month maybe 2-3 how much more it surely cannot be 2-3 years right ?

I do appreciate help of people here who have tried to highlight the fine nuances of Hair Transplant. That is what I am here for...I am not rushing in to things if someone may think so. It is just that I dont have a 6 month period where I can get the HT Done, at the most a months research and I should be able to decide yes or a No ! Some of the guys here have just said things which do not really give any insights about HT. Like I have been saying getting a Artifical Hairline and shockloss with my other normal, strong hair is the most important thing for me. But other then that even I understand it, as HT should be done only if the sitaution really warrants ! what 's so extraordinary about being able to think this, I know that, I am aware about it :-)

No that is what is happening with you ! You dont admit it ! But you surely feel pissed off ! With your very ordinary advice you felt you did the most outstanding thing which was very ordinary thing even a no-brainer can understand it. With all your replies here, tell me one thing that you mentioned here which truly enlightened me except for the fact that Dont do a HT if you dont require ! Thats a No Brainer ! You are a inspiration to me now, your case is just like mine, infact you are at a better condition than I am, you have quite fuller and thicker even before your HT but you had the good fortune to get it done from Dr.Umar I wish I could do that !!

Please do that once u have it ! I had discussion with Dr Radha once though she sounded knowledgable I thought after a point she becomes a little irritable to prove who is the Dr kind of thing, I started asking questions to her and though she said I don't mind answering it but she said reading on the Internet will give you what only about 5% knowledge about HT with that you cannot compete with a HT surgeon on what best practices does she adopt ! Which kind of disappointed me a bit. I thought she was not open with someone getting too much in detail about the HT Procedure !
