I have started finasteride 1mg a day its a generic brand from dr fox online. Its been 6 weeks and I started noticing lack of libido from week 1 until today. There is no morning wood to wake upto excited. I get erections 2-3 times a week but they are not solid like before. I even loose erection during intercourse and find it difficult to get it up again. This may sound like too much information but was important to get it off my chest. My hairloss scale is norwood 5 .Have a light thin hairline left. Having read many reviews about finasteride on different sites. Lack of libido is common side effect.for some it get backs to normal after 3 months as body gets used it.

Thank you razzy. I have just started taking finestride. Hateing it because it has lowered my libido massively. I do not get morning erections on waking up, and even loose erections during sex. My expectations are i should have a hairline and some hairs in crown to be filled by hairfibre topic. In my next attached pic. Its most of hairfibre. The pic is 5 years old when i had good hairline.

All senior members welcome to comment . I would like to know whether I have 4500 donyor grafts or not.

Thank you bill, I really appreciate your effort to reply .i have looked on the recommended surgeons in Turkey, My first choice is doctor Koray Erdogan but his waiting list is too long. I can travel as far as New York if I find a close date with recommended surgeon. Members I would like to know if you all think my donor area can supply 4000 grafts or not.

I will post my Donor hair pics but if their clinic staff finds this thread hope they won't think anything bad of me. As i am only trying to get opinions . After transplant with whichever clinic I choose the progress will be shared with all users. The thread is only adding 1 pic at a time even though I uploaded 4 pics. I will have to make 4 posts in same thread.

I need a Fue hair transplant immediately because I am getting married next year and would like a filled head. I am norwood 6 with thin hair. Have consulted with atleast 5 doctors and they said the donor area can provide 2600 grafts. Also the top doctors have waiting list of 12months. A patient advisor of Dr doganay who viewed my head pics have said they can retrieve 4000 grafts from head and the date available for surgery is in may next month. The cost will be in region of €7000 to €8000 . It is hard to believe 4000 grafts can be harvested from my donor area. I have read both excellent and bad results from AHD clinic. I do not want to end up loosing all my donor supply and also money in question is large in budget. Please give advise is it possible to harvest 4000 grafts from norwood 6 head .

Results of hair growth are amazing. The fact he can utilise body hair makes it even more beneficial for people with low donor area. Your hairline from temples could have been lower to give it even more natural look. In your next hair transplant ask the surgeon to design temples for you. That will take maximum of 500 grafts

You are blessed with super thick donor area, you can have as many transplants you want.

The results are good there is no doubt about that. thats a very small area covered with 1600 grafts . I have read other reviews where patients have 2000 grafts to cover , temples , hairline and crown. Your temples were nor at loss prior HT neither covered post HT . My total head may have 2000 donor grafts and I want to spend maximum of 1200 on hairline if possible. I would love to have it done by dr konior , willing to fly from london to chicago but his waiting list is very long atleast a year.

Your hairloss pre treansplant was very moderate , welldone for taking medicine on time. I learnt from your posts the waiting time is 1.5 years to have transplant by Dr Konior.

Ohkayy , 6 to 8 weeks wait to order it from toplace.com is long. Is there any uk based website with as good quality systems for similar prices?

Hello Grincher and trendsetter, thank you to both of you for keeping this tread alive. I am from London UK. My scalp is almost bold, i have been using hairfibre for 3 years and now theres very little hair left for hair fibre, nobody has seen me with my lowest natural hair, everyone thinks i have short hair, so perhaps a good time to wear hair system immediately, I checked toplace.com forum its full of reviews. Also checked hairdirect.com Canada and america have advanced systems, I am still doing little more research , and have questions in mind. Would i be able to wash my hair in shower with the system on? Usually after shower i apply oil in my scalp because its always very dry,i suffer from dry skin condition from birth, Would i still be able to apply oil through the system without loosening the glue?
