Hi Guys Firstly congratulation on your surgeries I am one of the former patients of Dr Hakan. I see you are anxious about your procedures. However, you are really early stage of the surgery. Such as I got some growth even a year after my surgery. Hence, please be patient to judge your full result. Also, you have some concern about very dense packing. However, most of surgeons do not recommend very dense packing since according to them very dense packing may degrade the regrowth rate. Therefore, wasting grafts with very dense packing should not be an option. Since more grafts what you need means more the money, if they implant enough grafts, this shows that they did not exhaust your grafts greedily. All I am saying as a humble suggestion is please be patient and do not go for very dense packing, I mean more than what you need here, for the sake of future reserve and money
