  1. Mid 30's. Upper midwest. Rogaine & restarted using finesteride after 1 year gap. Attaching additional pics of donor hair & sides. Sides have thinning area as well.
  2. I am considering fut. how many grafts fo i need & what canno reasonably expect? Am i a good candidate for hair transplant? What should be atea of focus- front 3rd?
  3. Hi i am considering fue procedure with a renowned hair transplant clinic. Plan is to have 2500 grafts for now & future procedure if needed. Based on pic provided, what should be my expectation? Only front 3rd portion will be used to place grafts. What portion will get full hair. Will it look weird when future hair loss happens. Am i even a good candidate for transplant as mine look like advanced stage of norwood chart. I am 35, not 5 of corse.
  4. I am 32 years old and have had hair loss for 8 years. How do i know when my hair loss has stopped so that i can go ahead with transplant. Will the surgeon let me know the plan of action based on his review of my hair? I think i am getting into norwood 5 but have thick donor hair space. Is it ideal to go totally bald and then undergo transplant? Because what's the point of undergoing transplant if my natural hair continues to fall. Is it then i undergo 2nd or 3rd transplant? This is pretty confusing to predict future hair loss.
  5. "If you cannot wait it out, then you really want to consider approaching this with very low density so you preserve your donor for the future which you are going to need. Trust me, you're going to need it." Gillenator, can you please explain what this means? Do you mean just use few grafts and wait for few years?
  6. Thanks gillenator, i am 32. I have gone to bosley & another doctor and a rep fro hair restoration clinic. They all said i would need about 2500 grafts. That was before i cut my hair so that might have given them an illusion as i have dark and thick hair. I have a very good donor hair. On the back. I am just confused. I obviously want to look good in my youth & especially when i have no expenses for kids yet. Your comments has made me think though. The doc told me that this might be it for my hair loss but it is getting progressively worse year by year. I only use rogaine. I think i might be one of those with multiple proceedings throughout the years. Is it fairly common to have multiple procedures?
  7. Hsrp10, i didn't quite get it. Are you saying there are other non neo graft FUE WHICH MIGHT BE BETTER?
  8. Hi i am confused on how to choose among various neograft performing locations? I guess some sites have their own surgeon use neograft fue. Others sites fly in surgical technician from neograft company. Does it make any difference on the site since both use neograft? Or it is down to choice of actual neograft's technicians or independent surgeon.
  9. Not sure how to post multiple pics. Looking wt this pic, which treatment is better option for me? I was leaning towards FUE but i heard FUT gives more density. After talking to few specialists, they say i need abt 2500 grafts.
