Hi Esrec and John Caspar-it's our pleasure to share such great results!!!!

This man in his 20’s was not a good candidate for surgery. He was opposed to taking Propecia due to concern regarding the sexual side effects. After learning about the option of Dr. Wesley’s topical formula for hair growth, he opted to try this daily spray.
His time course of hair growth can be seen before, 7 months after, and one year after initiation of this topical treatment coupled with a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) session.

This 37-year-old man wanted to thicken his frontal scalp and re-establish the hairline that he had only a few years ago. His emphasis was that the results look natural above all else. He underwent a follicular unit extraction (FUE) session with Dr. Carlos K. Wesley in NYC. His graft breakdown can also be viewed below.
He can be seen before and one year after his procedure in which platelet-rich plasma (PRP) was one of the components used as a holding solution. Our FUE results on patients with different hair characteristics can also be viewed on our Results Gallery.

This video depicts a 38-year-old man who wanted to reverse his receding hairline. He had a 2308-graft (follicular unit transplantation (FUT) session with Dr. Carlos K. Wesley in NYC.
During his procedure both PRP and an extracellular matrix were used as holding solution to support graft growth. He can be seen one year after his session.

This patient can be seen before and a few months after only: 1) a single treatment of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and 2) daily use of our topical hair growth blend.
This 32-year-old man did not have good luck with Propecia or Minoxidil. After experiencing profound unwanted side effects with the Propecia pill and then marked shedding after use of topical minoxidil (Rogaine) for months, he stopped taking both medications and came to our office for help.
Although he was a candidate for either follicular unit extraction (FUE) or follicular unit transplantation (FUT), he opted for a more conservative approach to hair restoration. In addition to a PRP session, he used our topical hair growth blend (with finasteride as an active ingredient) daily. He was relieved to not experience any side effects while using the topical formula and was thrilled with the progress of his hair growth.
We will continue to post more results with this conservative therapy on our Results Gallery.

Hi Humble 1
I hope you realized that this was a video that we posted. If you click on, you can see her original hairline from all angles.

There were 1367 grafts and the hair loss was on both sides.

This video depicts a 47-year-old man who had already undergone two prior “strip” harvests (follicular unit transplantation or (FUT) with an NYC-based practice.
He then came to our surgical center to increase the fullness throughout his scalp and refine his hairline. He can be seen both after his prior strip harvests as well as a year following his 1958-graft (FUE) session with Dr. Wesley. Both PRP and an extracellular matrix were used as holding solution to support graft growth.

Numerous recent threads highlight patient concerns regarding the nature of graft counting as follicular unit (FU) numbers (and, in turn, prices of larger sessions) rise. Patients may understandably "feel the pinch" when charged per graft for 3000+ FU megasessions. On occasion, patients may also benefit from a much more conservative session targeting the area of most cosmetic importance.
This 50-year-old man had taken Propecia for years and it simply wasn't working for him. Instead, he opted for a 1472-graft follicular unit transplantation (FUT) procedure with our team to cover his thinning crown. After one year, this conservative session provided a light coverage that preserved plenty (of grafts, etc.) for his future.

This video depicts a 32-year-old woman with ambitious hair goals! She was always bothered by her high hairline and desired a marked lowering of her hairline. She underwent a 1912-graft follicular unit transplantation (FUT) procedure with Carlos K. Wesley, MD in NYC. She can be seen before as well as a few weeks and months after the procedure that was coupled with PRP treatment. All the while, his pre-existing hair is kept at its natural length.

This 27-year-old man had undergone a follicular unit extraction (FUE) procedure at another practice one year ago. He grew frustrated that a significant number of the grafts remained as stubble even a full year after the procedure.
He, therefore, had a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) series at our office. The results can be seen a few months later both in magnified form as well as globally.

A megasession is defined by many to be 2500+ follicular units. This 39-year old patient can be seen before and only six (6) months after his follicular unit transplantation (FUE) session with Dr. Wesley. Only 2499 grafts were transplanted during this single session. The patient can be seen before, during, and 6 months after his procedure.

Highlighting the benefits of two popular hair restoration techniques, Dr. Wesley delivered a lecture to fellow physicians specializing in dermatology, otolaryngology and plastic surgery. The 2016 Mount Sinai Spring Symposium, entitled "Advances in Facial Reconstruction and Cosmetic Surgery", included a weekend series of specialized cosmetic surgical lectures as well as hands-on training for physicians on cadaveric models.
Dr. Wesley discussed the benefits and shortcomings of follicular unit extraction (FUE) to his fellow physicians as well as his current findings with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatments for hair loss. Citing general peer-reviewed journal article studies coupled with empiric observations from hundreds of patients in his own practice, Dr. Wesley described in detail the ways in which both procedures can benefit specific patients.

A 45-year-old man had undergone a follicular unit transplantation (FUT) procedure at another practice years ago. He grew frustrated by the persistent thinning in the recipient area and wanted an alternative to surgery.
He, therefore, had a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) session followed by two sessions of skin micro pigmentation in our office. The results can be seen a few months later.

A 40-year-old man had worn a hair piece for years. He became fed up with the routine and wanted to liberate himself from it. Using a combination of scalp follicular unit transplantation (FUT) and BEARD follicular unit extraction (FUE), Dr. Wesley was able to create a frontal hair pattern that mimicked a conservative version of the hair piece so that his transition to free himself from it was possible.
